I had called several other contractors to do some repairs I needed. When they found out it was little jobs, crickets! When I call JAM they came out immediately and were so kind and professional. They got the job! They did above and beyond and awesomely in the repairs of many small repairs I had. They were exceptionally kind, professional and very dependable. I have plenty of BIg jobe that they will now get 110%. I gave them high reviews in our newsletter in Hidden Valley, Pa ski resort, so hope that brings them more business. Please use these great contractors, you WILL NOT be sorry!

JAM has done several projects for me. They installed Certainteed insulated Vinyl Siding and my home is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Last summer they built the most amazing roof over my deck-itâ s another room and I use it every day weather permitting. This year they installed the flooring. It is beautiful and easy to care for. They even came back a few days later to see if I was still pleased. JAM does a wonderful job-no matter what the job may be.

Jim and Perry dismantled 3 block piers and replaced with 3 Sonó concrete piers and additional wood framing. Conscientious and hard working guys. Would hire again.

The roof was built over my existing deck. I have a corner unit townhome. The deck was NOT usable as the sun beat on it from sunrise until sunset. Now I have another living space for my home. My home looks totally different and I love it. A few years ago JAM installed Certainteed Insulated Vinyl siding on our entire building-6 units. That was the reason to hire them back for my roof over my deck. If you want a wonderful job for a fair price JAM is who you need to call.

I am an out of town owner who had major problems with my roof leaking. After two previous contractors I was so happy to find Jim and Debbie. They kept me up to date on the work being done and solved the problem. They also painted my townhouse replacing wood and also cleaned and stained my deck. I can sincerely say they are the best and would highly recommend them

Jim & Debbie are fantastic to work with. They're reliable, very communicative and very professional. They also have an excellent eye for design and were very helpful in selecting a color for my roof and in making suggestions for other small improvements I might make to increase curb appeal. They explained some of the issues with my roof very carefully and also gave detailed explanations of the potential solutions. I work from a home office and they were very courteous of my schedule and tried to minimize noise when I had important calls or meetings. I'm a single female homeowner and appreciated that I never felt talked down to (something I've encountered often with other contractors)-- and they always carefully listened to me. My roof looks fantastic! I'd hire them again in a second.
