Ehrlich Pest Control

It went well for about 7 years and then then they merged with a big company away from out local area. For some reason they could never get the communication right and would schedule my a quarterly appt but not notify me when they were coming. Very irritating. Finally I would have the techs notify me ahead of time which worked out ok but for almost 500.00 a year irritated me even more. The final straw was when I had to call for an emergency one day and got a recording saying to leave a number and they would call back that day---of course that did happen. I called again the next morning as I had wasps all over the place---they still did not call back so I called the tech directly and he was nice enough to stop by on his way home from work that day and took care of the problem. That was it for me---when customer service becomes so unreachable and impersonal, I don't need to be giving them 5.00 let alone 500. I now have an independent local service that I am very happy with. Overall grade of F is for the end result in this service.

They're local. I had no problems with them, if I did they wouldn't be working on it.

The tech was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained about what kind of bugs he found and what he did to treat them. I loved their service... you pay a monthly charge and they come to treat once every 2-3 months but you can call them to get service if there is a problem (for free). Once we started using them, we had literally no issues. The only problem we had was when the tech was out for service, he scheduled us for our next visit. He put it in his hand-held computer and said we were set. On the day we were scheduled, he didn't show. I called and the operator said that they had no record of it. The rescheduled it and all was well after that, but it was a bit inconvenient.

They come three times a year but if there is any problem in between they come out and take care of it. The prices are going up though.

I am glad I hired them. I've never worked with an exterminator before, but I was very relieved to be able to turn this problem over to them. They did a great job and got rid of my mice, which was a huge relief to me. I would recommend them to anyone with the same problem.

They are nice people. Whoever come they show on time and are friendly. There are two or three guys who come and do this area. They kind of come sit there and chat everything about the pests, the insecticide. They make sure they work professionally and I don’t have any issues or problems. I like them. They are little expensive but I don’t care as they do good service.

I have used their services for the past 5 years and I would recommend them. He will spray and if I have a problem he will come back out. If you have a bee’s nest or anything like that he will come out and take care of it. I will continue to use his services in the future for pest control. They have many technicians but the one that has come to my house for many years is the one that I am recommending to Angie's List members.

We decided not to use their services because they were too expensive. We will not use them in the future.

They gave me a better quote compared to some other companies. It appeared that these hornets pulled out the cement. They dug it out and ate it up. The cement that goes between the brick got chipped away. They got into the wall that way from outside. I am assuming they built a nest and we seen 1000’s of hornets flying in and out of there. There was nothing we could do. It was between the 1st and 2nd story of the house. I got a spray from the shop but that was not enough so I called a professional to do what they do. He brought a ladder and climbed up there and he sprayed a powder. That took care of it and there are no hornets anymore. He came into the house to look around when he first got here. After he saw the outside and inside he said he would take care of the problem on the outside by spraying into the house. They didn’t have to do anything inside the house. We were very pleased and the man who came out was very professional and friendly. He told us what he was going to do and it was the same price that he had quote us over the phone. When he was done he knocked on the door and said he was done. They had a better price than some others and we had dealt with them before.
