Description of Work: They planted evergreens, ferns, rhododendron. hydrangea and a few other bushes. I made it clear that the soil was not in good condition and they would need to bring in top soil. They did not. They didn't dig holes deep or wide enough. They "planted" in shallow holes and heaped mulch around the plantings. Although I watered faithfully, some died early. The evergreens lost most of their needles. The evergreens were not planted where I wanted them and were not what I had asked for. I asked that the plants that died relatively quickly be replaced. They did that-- with flowering bushes that were orange and did not blend with the pinks deep purple and reds I had them plant. Others that died over the winter were not replaced despite my request and their guarantee. I was told that in one of the areas the particular bushes (which they recommended) were not appropriate for that area and for another $1200 they could fix that and the other problems I was experiencing. I do hope this form is shown to the provider and they do something to remedy this situation.
