My husband and I couldn't believe how quickly Steve responded to our voice mail message. He arrived the next day and had our refrigerator problem repaired in about an hour. He explained every step ... what he was doing and why. We will not hesitate calling him again if we need another repair. He definitely gets a five-star rating!

He diagnosed the problem and helped me know what to do if it happens again. The price was fair also.

He was excellent and very professional.

Steve was very knowledgeable on our Kenmore Elite washing machine, made by LG. He came promptly and fixed our leak for a reasonable price.

I waited 4 weeks before writing this review to be sure that all was well. Steve did a great job! He diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the necessary part. Repair job was done seamlessly. I am glad to have found an appliance repairman that I can rely on for any future issues.

I was surprised to get a phone call on a Sunday. I was ecstatic when Steve said that he would be able to fix my dryer on Monday. I made sure to be home as I was lost without my dryer. Steve came and got right to the task and within an hour- he was done. He was very thorough n cleaned out the dryer, changed the heating element and replaced the venting duct. I would definitely call Steve again.

Steve called me right away when I requested a quote. He asked a few questions and already had some ideas about what was wrong with my refrigerator before he even got here. We hired Steve about 2 yrs back to fix our dry. We were really impressed with is friendliness, knowledge and service. Hiring him again was a no brainer. Once again he left us with a job well done. I have used many appliance repair companies over the years,but Steve out performs them all. His price is well worth the service he offers. Will hire again if needed.

Steve was super responsive. Called right away. Was able to diagnose issue, ordered the part and came next day and fixed! Extremely reasonably priced and great to work with!

It went great all due to a sock stuck in the hose. So had him look into my dishwasher next. Was very pleased so now waiting for him to call me about the dishwasher next so that can be fixed. Over all very very pleased. Will hire him again

Not completely done and might not be able to fix one burner not working. Has gone to a lot of trouble getting parts and coming back. I was told by another repair service that if parts were not available, that it would cost me even more than I have paid just to come out once. He is not giving up and did not charge us more money for another part and labor.

Steve repaired the problem but another one arose. He did research and returned to see if it was salvageable. He came back and did his best but al very expensive part was not working. We both agreed it best to buy a new buyer. Steve is really outstanding in every way. I would use him again in a minute and will recommend him to everyone I know. Steve is a star on your list Angie

Fine, just cost more than he anticipated

Steve Called within 1 day and said he had just gotten back from a week off so he said we would have wait a few days..other repair folks said they couldn’t come out for 2 or 3 weeks..Steve stopped by a few days later and was able to open the damper manually so fridge would still be useful til repairs could be made..unfortunately the parts he ordered for the repair weren’t right so he had to re order parts..still it was a positive experience. communication was great as he called several times often in the evening due to his busy schedule and I would definitely consider using him again...

Part was ordered and repaired very promptly which was much appreciated.
