+ -1 moreWe have recently had heavy rains here and ordinarily would have have significant water in the basement. The work done redirected the water into the dry well resulting in no water entering the finished basement area. A very nice job - well done.

Description of Work: Two young men came and used a jack hammer on the entire interior, along the basement walls, about a foot and a half deep. They then dug down, installed stones, then a big black pipe and more stones and finished with a layer of cement. The cement was done so expertly it was easy to replace the 12x12 ceramic tile removed. A 1/2 hp sump pump was then installed and vented to the outside. After dealing for 12 yrs. with flooding in our basement this last heavy rainstorm did not even stand a chance of invading the basement. What a relief and it was so nice to deal with a professional like Dave Schneck. I heard about him through word of mouth and what a blessing!
