Kevin was quick to respond last August. He gave us a very good quote and we wanted to hire him, but he kept putting us off. After several texts and multiple excuses, we hired someone else in February. We wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he proved to be unreliable and kept us waiting for several months.
