Required continual follow up from end to get updates on any of the projects that were scheduled with Marshal. Electrical quotes were greatly overpriced with no follow up.

The guys were very friendly and accommodating. Customer service was great! A little expensive but they came right out and I had my new kitchen faucet installed and it looks great!

We've had our old oil tanks taken out, new oil tank installed, new furnace system installed, new electrical panel put in, and they are our oil supplier. They do a great job, are on time, and are professional and clear in their product/maintenance recommendations. 5 stars for Marshall Services.

Marshall Services are transparent in their business practices and explanations about any services that our home heating system needed. They did not use pressure techniques to gain our business, only logic and visual assistance to depict problems in regard to our home heating system. They gave us every discount possible, as well as a 0% payment plan at our request. The estimator/service person was personable and showed sincere concern for both our repair and financial situations. The company itself reflected its strong concern for us by scheduling the repairs for the next day, so we did not have to suffer the cold weather forecasted. We also chose to continue our association with them via an HVAC contract for both our heating and air conditioning systems. Their prices were so much less than any of the other companies that gave us estimates to fix our heating system. The final bonus for this company is the lovely people who work there and treat us so respectfully.

David W. of Marshall Services just completed a check up of the heating system and furnace along with maintenance. I have signed on with Marshall because they are honest, straightforward and do a great job. David was on time, polite, informative with recommendations and was considerate of the house as far as cleanliness is concerned. The recommendations are provided along with costs and an explanation of benefits, but you are given the information in a way that enables you to understand cost/benefit ratio and there is no hard pressure to engage in additional or unneeded services or repairs. The company is run as a small business where there is a personal touch to everything from scheduling through work conducted. Very happy with Marshall as a provider of their services - which is pretty comprehensive.

Every single person I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. The service tech was great, and very thorough The salesman was very professional, no games and no pressure. Chose them to do my install and they were great too, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Excellent customer service is very rare and I experienced that with Marshall services. My AC broke and Marshall services came out the same day. The technician, Ben, was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to show me the damaged parts and explain what caused the damage and what needed to be fixed. The challenge was these parts were not readily available and had to be overnighted from the factory. The bigger challenge was the parts came damaged and not calibrated from the factory two times before the third time it was correct. Yes, my family and I were hot, but Marshall Services made us a top priority and the ladies in the office kept me updated constantly. Ben was almost as upset as my wife that he couldn t fix it the first time. AC works great now . wife is happy...Marshall Services seem like family and I will use them exclusively going forward.

I called at 10:00 at night and was able to speak with someone who scheduled me for the next day. Even amidst the pandemic, the plumber arrived on time, identified the issue right away, had the right parts on his truck to fix it, and it was done quickly. He wore shoe covers, a mask and it was done and easy.
