Cindy and her staff are very professional and easy to work with. Our most recent project was delayed due to disruption from storm damage. Cindy was very accommodating to the unusual circumstances and stored our cornice boards for several months until our storm damage was fixed. The finished project is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Blue Goose.

I called in the evening expecting to get a VM but she answered the phone. I was very surprised. She asked how she could help me. The conversation went very well. She was very nice and wanted to know, in great detail, my project. She was very good at visualizing and understanding what I was describing. My project required carpentry work in addition to her services. She said that she would talk to her contractor about the building aspect. I had the impression that she thought we would continue on this project. She said she would get back to me after she spoke to her contractor and 5 weeks later, I have not heard back from her.

Everything turned out beyond expectations

We paid just a lump sum, but most people pay an hourly rate. I would give them a B.

Le Blue Goose has been working on this project for a while. It has been going wonderfully. They designed the project. We purchased the supplies through her. They have been doing a great job.

I was in desperate need of help for color choices, room layout and design of my downstairs room -- just off the foyer. It's a new home and I really wanted to make sure I did everything correctly especially since it's a room that you see first when you enter from the front door. I contacted Le Blue Goose (Cindy Brody) who provided me with an initial free consultation in my home (most designers charge a fee for this) and this delighted me! Based on my discussion with Cindy as to what I wanted to do, she set up a VERY reasonable fee to provide me with a full room layout and design, selection of window treatments and fabrics, furniture selection, paint colors and accessories to pull everything together. She worked within my budget and also provided an option for financing (no payment or interest for 1 year). Needless to say I was thrilled. Cindy is very open to your ideas (likes and dislikes) and is never pushy to lead you in a direction where you may not have an interest. Most of all, she exhibits a great deal of patience so you have ample time to make up your mind with the choices you are provided. The whole experience was pleasant and rewarding! When the last two pieces of furniture arrived, I was thrilled with the result! The room was so warm and inviting! Cindy got several hugs from me! I couldn't have done it without her! It really does make sense to work with a professional to get the look you want.
