 + -1 moreI'm afraid this is a case of a mediocre service getting worse every month. We had problems with Ches-Mont from the start. Occasionally they would take the trash but not the recycling, or vice versa. They would blame it on me saying that 5 AM was too late to put the trash out, so I started putting it out the night before and the same thing kept happening. The last three months were the worst. In one month, three out of four pickups were more than a day late, and sometimes they never came at all. I would come home every Wednesday evening and dread having to call and leave another message on their answering service asking them to _please_ come pick up my garbage. This week was the last straw. I came home Wednesday to find my garbage can half-emptied (about 3 bags left in there), and the recycling not picked up at all. I called and canceled my service with Ches-Mont Disposal. They told me to put their trash can and recycling bin out on Wed. and they would pick them up. They didn't!
Description of Work: Ches-Mont Disposal was the company we selected to pick up our garbage when we moved into our house three years ago. We selected them because they were among the cheapest, and they were the company the former owners had used. They were supposed to pick up our garbage and recycling once per week.

 + -1 moreABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. PRICES ARE GOOD AND TRASH PICK-UP IS DONE ON TIME. CONTAINERS ARE PLACED BACK ON PROPERTY WITHOUT BEING THROWN CARELESSLY.
