Work which was completed in 5 days consisted of full remodel of master bathroom including removal of a buil-in Jacuzzi tub, replaced by free-standing tub, new toilet, in-wall shower, mirrors, vanity and recessed lights, floor and wall tiling and repainting. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the people. They completed the full renovation of a powder room and a hall bathroom in 5 days, just as promised! The same 4 wonderful gentlemen arrived promptly at 7:30 and worked diligently all day. Everything was cleaned up a put away each evening. Gwynn was very helpful with picking out finishes like flooring, cabinets and sinks. The quality of the work was excellent. I would happily hire them again and have referred them to a neighbor.

Arnold and his team did a great job completely remodeling our master bathroom. The job was completed in the time frame they promised and we are very happy with the final results. Stop looking! Hereâ s your contractor â you donâ t need keep searching or wondering. My wife and I had Arnold and his team renovate our master bathroom. It was a significant project â the entire footprint flipped so everything had to move. We added a huge shower with zero entry and linier trains, custom niches and radiant heated floors. This job would take normal contractors' weeks to finish, if not longer. Arnold does all the work themselves â no subcontractors â so they were done in eight days. But thatâ s not the best part â the craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail was amazing. The diligence and focus â start at 7:30 am sharp and finish up at 4:30 with a small lunch break. The team of Eric, Kris and Gabe are great â personable and hard-working. Arnold is fair, honest and consultative at a fair price â call them if youâ re ready to start your project.

We are very happy with the work done in our home by Arnold & his crew. This was our 3rd major project with them. This time they replaced our entire 1st floor flooring with luxury vinyl. As is standard for them they finished the job quickly & professionally, this time in just 2 days. They are always on time for a full days work & they work well together. Always respectful & friendly to the client. Previous jobs included replacing all 2nd floor flooring, painting our entire interior, replacing lighting & fully renovating all our bathrooms.

Zwolinski redid our kitchen and were easy to work with. The team is hardworking and had attention to detail to make sure things were coming together like we wanted. They showed up for full days and were very knowledgeable about all the moving parts of a kitchen renovation.

Arnold and his crew were fantastic: professional, friendly, efficient, and I'd even say artistic! They all worked well together, were very conscientious about their work. They finished the bathroom within a week--demo was done in one day and all debris removed. The tiles were cut beautifully and extra care went into building the shower niche. A few SNAFUs were handled with ease--AND they even came in under budget. The only ding I gave them was the difficulty in procuring all the materials I needed to select and have on-hand. Some of my choices weren't workable and required extra work on their part or another trip to the store. All-in-all, they are wonderful and I plan to have them back for further projects in the future. I am VERY happy with the results.

We are so happy we chose Zwolinski Quality Construction for our master bathroom remodel. The entire project was completed in 6 days! (Which is actually more than their average, given the size of our project). And while being extremely efficient, they made no sacrifices on quality. They were by far our best quote as well. We were asked to get a list of supplies ahead of time. Although this required some extra labor on our end, it was completely worth it to ensure we obtained the materials we wanted at the right price. Gwynn was our point person during this process and remained readily available for any questions we had. Arnold and his team showed up early every morning and put in full work days. They were very polite and ensured that outside the work zone was clean at the end of each day. I was so fortunate that Angi sent me Zwolinski Quality Construction's name. I had already purchased my materials and they were able to start completely remodeling our bathroom within a few weeks. They removed all the old tile and fixtures and installed the new in three days time. Arnold was very pleasant to work with. He and Gabriel and Chris worked very efficiently together and always put in a full days work. No trash or materials were left behind and they even vacuumed my carpet before they left!

Zwolinski Quality Construction did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. The process started with working with Gwynn for purchasing all materials. She was very helpful and would review some of the items we purchased to insure it was the correct item. Arnold and the team are very professional and included me in decisions during the construction. There were three times I had to run out to get additional materials before the next day. That added a little stress as I did not want to slow them down but fortunately there was available stock of everything I needed. (The reasons for needing the additional material were not Zwolinskiâ s error but because I made changes and purchased the wrong size container of grout.) The estimate was 5 days to finish the work and they completed it in 4 days. The workmanship is excellent. I will use them for additional projects and highly recommend them.

Zwolinski Quality Construction was fantastic to work with! They were top notch from the initial estimate to the finish of the project. I had a complete bathroom remodel- removal of existing tub and shower, two vanities and flooring. The entire remodel including a larger tile wall in shower, new floors, vanity and linen closet took only four days. Arnold and his team were professional and fair and did an amazing job. From start to finish. I loved having Gwynn to work with as I made design decisions. She was so helpful and responsive. I give Zwolinski Quality Construction my highest recommendation! The contractor was very pleasant to work on our project.

We selected Zwolinski to finish approximately 1500 sqft of our basement to add an office, bathroom, kitchen, and living space. We got a number of quotes, and they were the least expensive while also having by far the shortest lead time. The legion of great reviews went a long way in helping us feel comfortable finalizing our decision. Now that it's finished, we often find ourselves down there unwinding after the kids go to bed. It's like stepping into someone else's chic condo. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Aside from dry wall, nothing was sub-contacted. The same group was there every weekday at 7:30, and we could see they'd made significant progress at the end of each day. They took care of all their trash as they went, and from the outside you wouldn't have realized all the work going on. They finished in only a few weeks, just as they estimated, which was impressive. There isn't a formal design phase ahead of the start of work, so the more information you can give them on day 1, the better it is for everyone. I had a general idea of what we wanted and had made a floor plan that helped us get on the same page quickly. Most of it was intuitive, but I think it helped with a couple things like additional closets we had wanted. Arnold is very reasonable and accommodating. His feedback always came from a place of wanting the project to turn out well.

Arnold and his team are awesome. They show up promptly each morning and work efficiently to get the job done on time. They were respectful and worked with us along the way to ensure we were happy with the progress. Gwynn, the project manager, is very responsive to all questions and communications before, during, and after the job is complete. We look forward to working with Arnold again.

There are three things I'd name. First, the estimate was that the job would take five days. They came on the specified Monday and completed the work by Friday. There was no coming and going, stringing out the project. Second, Arnold, the company owner, was present and working along with his team of three every day. Third, we were responsible for gathering all the materials so if there was a delay, it would have been on us. Also, it means we had full choice of what was being used. We are very pleased with the result and would hire them again. One other note. Gwynn was the advance person to come and give an estimate. She guided us every step of the way in preparation and was specific in what the work would entail. We've heard lots of horror stories in getting such work done. This is not one of those. We're very pleased with the outcome.

This is the third time in four years that I hired Arnold and his crews to do renovation projects in my house. We asked Zwolinski Construction to remodel a hall bathroom that had been very poorly done by a previous contractor only 8 months before. This entailed complete demolition - again - of the bathroom, removal of vanity and countertop and removal of wall and floor tile. Arnold and his crew (Chris & Eric) came in and completed everything in four days. They are attentive to detail and responsive to questions and concerns; they do excellent work; they are neat and careful of your home. We are very happy with the end result.
