Description of Work: Mr Eadie came out and gave me an estimate the same day that I contacted him.Told us what we needed to do (order glass from builder). When we received the glass I called him. He came out promptly and installed. He was very professional and courteous. Would recommend him to others.

 + 0 moreWe went with this company to support the local business. We were satisfied with the workmanship so decided to have the rest of the windows replaced, especially since the Supplier was offering a discount incentive. We paid the deposit of $300 to go ahead with the ordering of the windows. We were waiting for our tax refund to pay for the job but unfortunately the refund was delayed by 2 weeks. I gave Dan at Residential Glass an approximate timeframe when we'd have the money but twice the date was missed. He called repeatedly almost to the point where it seemed like our job was his "Do it or Lose all" job. He came across like he was desperate for the money. The lack of professionalism was displayed when Dan the owner spoke to my wife and got her very angry. He said we would not get our deposit back if we cancelled the job and legally he can do that. Nothing on our paperwork he gave us indicated that. I had to finally threaten Legal intervention before he finally agreed to give us back our deposit.
Description of Work: installed 5 windows. did very good job. the caulking was neatly done and windows look great.
