The technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Too soon to know for sure but I think he fixed the problem. The company has a 30-day covered policy.

When I placed the service the service call the customer service rep had me on the phone for 15 minutes while he was attempting to put my information into the system. He then informed me that all of the detailed information that I had just given him was erased and that he needed all the information once again .Having completed that again he then told me that he would call me back with the service appointment time. Twenty four hours later I had still not heard back from him so I called Miles Maytag once again to check on the status of my service call. I was connected with a different service rep. I explained that I was following up on the status of my call. He then began asking me the details of my service call. I explained that I had already provided that information twice. His response was that he was a different guy. At no time during the call did he offer an apology for my inconvenience. At that point I informed him that I no longer needed service. I then proceeded to place a service call with another company. Buyer Beware when dealing with Miles Maytag !!

They got it working and we have a 30 day warranty if something goes wrong that they won't give us a new service charge

We love the dishwasher and the warranty service was great. Everyone that we had contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The service call went well. The technician called to give me an approximate time he would arrive and he was pretty close to his estimate. He listened to the dryer and recommended replacing the rollers and belt. He was friendly and professional. My only recommendation is for the company to try to schedule more exact times for the service technician to arrive. In this day and age it is no longer acceptable to say someone will arrive between 12 and 5.

The tech said that the transmission was broken and the cost would be $300.00. I declined the repair and decided to buy a new washer. The washer was about 5 years old and a Maytag. The tech's visit took less than 20 minutes. When the new washer was installed and I did my first load of laundry, it would not work either. This washer has a see through top lid and I could see that only a trickle of water was going into the washer with the cold wash on. The washer had a computer system which was flashing the code for insufficient water. The new washer was not filling with water. I had a plumber come in to see why the washer was not filling with water. He found that the screw head had fallen off and was blocking the cold water from going through the water pipe. As soon as he removed the screw head, the cold water poured out and filled the washer immediately. When the new washer had the exact same problem as my old washer, I realized that there was no transmission problem, and that my old washer was really not broke at all. I paid $800.00 for the new washer that I did not need at all, and I lost the value of my old washer which needed no repair at all. The installer had taken it away. My plumber told me to call Miles Maytag and report this problem to them. I called Miles and spoke with the service manager, Phil. I explained the problem to him. He said that he stands behind his tech and did not care what my plumber told me. He said that if the tech said it was a transmission problem, it was a transmission problem. I said how could that be when the new washer had the exact same problem as the old one. He then HUNG-UP on me. I have lost a lot of money due to Miles Maytag. I paid $800 for a washer that I never needed, and lost the value of my old washer, which I estimated to be between $300-400.

The purchase and installation of the oven and microwave wall unit went very well. The service started with helping us choose a high quality unit that would replace and fit in the same cabinet space occupied by an older broken unit. Miles came out to our home, made measurements and went over a variety of products and combinations of products that would work. In the end there were three options we could choose from given the limited cabinet space we had. Miles steered us to a combination that would be the best fit for the cabinet even though it was the least costly of the possible options. Once the oven and microwave arrived, Miles coordinated with a second company to make the necessary modifications to the cabinet and electrical work and help with the installation. Everyone was top notch and very professional. The modifications went as planned and the unit was installed perfectly in a short amount of time. The wife is very happy with her new wall unit which makes the rest of us in the house very happy.

It went very well. They showed up a little early after calling first. They were courteous and professional and quickly determined the problem.

Chris, the Miles Maytag service tech, was very thorough by offering advice how to improve the dryer vent. The service call took about 45 minutes.

They're friendly, on time, and go out of their way to help. They missed it at first. He said we needed a part so they ordered it and installed the part in our washing machine. But then we noticed that the machine kept vibrating so it was actually another part that we needed. So he ended up replacing the correct part without charging me. I wouldn't say he did anything wrong, he just should have caught it the first time. I can see how it's tricky though. They did a pretty good job with the range. They had to come back again for the range too because they wired something wrong but they fixed that quickly also.

Most recently, our new refrigerator was custom ordered, installed promptly and we love it!

Brian was here on time and worked efficiently. He assessed the problems I was having with my 2 appliances by phone, ordered the parts and was able to fix the appliances while he was here. My ice maker works beautifully and I now can see the panel in my stove, which makes cooking a lot easier. His bill was mainly forthe 2 parts & his labor fee was reasonable. I'd recommend Brian Miles for your appliance needs.
