I'd like to start by saying that being a first time homeowner knowing you have to do home improvements is kind of a scary thing. It's not like going to the store to purchase a pair of jeans and if you don't like the way they fit, you can return them. We reached out to AJ Windows and they made the uncertainty and fear disappear. What a pleasure it was to do business with this crew! Nothing less than professional and kindness from the beginning. The presentation of the products offered and how energy efficient the products were going to be once installed in our home was beyond impressive. AJ Windows offered us financing that fit our budget. The windows were custom made in which were completed earlier than the time frame stated. We were excited to have them proceed with the renovation to our home and when the crew arrived the installation started immediately. The crew was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Hard working doesn't even begin to describe them! We had every window in the house replaced. Our home is absolutely beautiful! Had the guys from AJ Window And Door Solutions come out to look at my roof. They gave me the best estimate out of all the companies I had out. I went with a designer lifetime shingle to compliment the improvements I'm making to my house. They suggested a couple different kinds that they thought would look best on my roof. I picked the Woodlands GAF shingle in Cedarwood Abbey color. The guys were right on time the day they did my roof. Complete tear off with replacing all the rotted wood I had. Put down Ice and water shield, drip edges, and synthetic underlayment before putting on my new shingles. They also put in a new hidden ridge vent since my roof never had one. I'm very happy with the job they did cleaning up after they were done. All in all it went smoother than I could of expected. These guys are definite pros!

It was clear from the start that what we had asked for from the salesperson was not clearly conveyed to the project manager. Several times I had to explain to him what it was we were looking for and although the roof looks beautiful, we had to ask them to redo the front porch roof addition. We also had to ask them to come back to clean up their handprints off the underside of the new roof and seal the gutters. We now hired someone else to do more work around our home and he has pointed out that our addition is not square, the drip edge has gaps and several other places where corners were cut.

The workers showed up early and were prepared to work after a blizzard. Once the ice melted off the roof the crew got right to work and were very professional. The company had the job completed in one day and I am very pleased with the results. I even received complements from friends and neighbors.

We hired AJ Window and Door to complete a overdue roof replacement. What we were sold and what they were going to put on was not the same I contacted the estimator and he apologized and made the necessary contacts. I advised the on site job boss and he advised he was only doing what he was told but would also call and get the corrected materials. The situation was resolved rather quickly and work resumed. Overall everyone was very responsive and the roof looks great. A very respectable crew and a great job cleaning up. The day of install was very windy and the crew was hesitant to even do the job out of concern for debris blowing into the neighbors yards. I encouraged them to continue as my schedule was full the rest of the week. There was no issue as between the crew and myself we were able to stop any debris from leaving the jobsite. I would consider hiring them again if the price was right for other projects.

We had siding, windows, doors, gutters and trim installed by AJ Solutions in June 2015 and are very pleased with the quality of the products and workmanship done to our home. After seeing the great work done and our "house transformation", 3 of our neighbors also had work done by AJ and love the results! They come highly recommended

This company was a real pleasure to work with. They always answered our questions and returned phone calls. Their work is superb and the end product is beautiful and solid. Their components are top of the line. The best thing about working with AJ Window & Door Solutions was getting to know their workers. They are friendly, clean and polite. When they were finished, the work site was clean with nothing left lying around. One word of advice: schedule early. This company is busy as they should be.

This place was like leaving a wrecking ball loose !!!! They had to redo windows due to sloppy work...they ruined part of my back porch...which they did repair after 3 tries !!!! The workers didn't work more than 4 hrs. a day !!!! I wouldn't recomend them to my worst enemy !!!! If you did not supply the electric, they would not do the work.

This is how all companies should function. The product, OKNA windows, are top line and beautiful, the price very reasonable, the installation impeccable. Our installer crew, Bob Sr & Bob Jr Martier, are Craftmen! 13 windows, some huge, completed in less than two days flawlessly. I recommend this company and this crew, if you can get them.
