The overall experience was great. Curtis came out to meet and to do a walk through of the house and gave us a quote for the job. The quote was great so we went ahead and had the crew come out and do the painting. They were there when promised and we were told 3-5 days for the finished house, and they had it done in 3 1/2 days. When they were done painting they put all the rooms back to where they thought everything went. We definitely would recommend Just Add Paint and their crew to anyone looking for a good quality paint crew, and we would have them back for any other painting projects at our house.

Just Add Paint did a great job. Very professional! They took their time and did it right. They stained the entire exterior of our log home and deck. Almost the entire hose needed to be painted with a brush and that is what they did. They cleaned up the work area each day and left the worksite neat and clean. The house and deck look like new!

We were so very pleased with this company!!! The owner Curtis is so friendly, knowledgeable, and just great to work with. Our main reason for wanting our kitchen painted was to try and correct a problem on one wall that previously had wallpaper. The painters we had hired after we removed it did not properly prep and alot of marks from wallpaper paste still showed thru. It looked horrible!!! Curtis said he felt if the wall was sanded (he has a machine that doesn't make a mess), cleaned, primed, and painted with 2 coats of paint, that would solve the problem. He was spot on because the wall looks beautiful now. It is very smooth and looks great. He was also able to remove old telephone plate and plastic tubing that was stuck to the wall that held the wires . Our walls are plaster and you can not tell they were ever there now. So Curtis had the plan for the kitchen and did the patch work. The person who actually painted our whole kitchen with 2 coats of paint, as well as baseboards, trim, both sides of kitchen door and windows was his fantastic employee Lexy. She did such a wonderful job. Perfection!!! We can not say enough good things about her. Lexy is very nice to talk to and I was impressed with her cleanup. She did not leave one drop of paint or any mess anywhere. We had just had a new floor installed, as well as a new oak railing. They knew how important it was to us that they be careful and they were, which we really appreciated.. I would highly recommend them. We are extremely happy with their work. Would not hesitate to hire them again!!!

Curtis and Lexi were recently at our home to do some interior painting which included a large amount of baseboard chair rail and crown. They were extremely detailed, worked at a reasonable price, and completed the job in 2 days as promised, which was something that was important to us. In addition, they were very friendly, and I enjoyed talking with them when I could while they were working. We definitely plan on having them back.

I contacted three painting companies for estimates. Curtis patiently walked through our entire house with me talking about what I envisioned for this outdated home we recently purchased. He even helped me consider painting my wooden vanities instead of replacing them, which ultimately saved us a ton of money during our remodel. There was a point in the conversation when he made suggestions that many others didn't because it required more steps and more work for his crew. He told me that if we didn't update this one small area also, I would probably regret it. I knew he was right. I felt as though he had an innate sense of what I really wanted without saying it. Plus, it was obvious he knew what he was talking about and would do quality work. So, we hired this incredibly professional and talented team. They worked with me on colors and communicated with me through the entire process. Our house went from drab, dark, and outdated to bright, cheery, and transformed. I walk through my house smiling because of the colors and the quality put into this project. I would hire this team again and recommend them to my friends family in a heartbeat! We hired Just Add Paint to paint our the entire interior, shutters and garage. They painted all the interior doors and two vanities. In short they were outstanding. From helping us select paint to coming back a week after we moved in to touch up an spots we wanted looked at. Also, one of the painters Lexi stayed in contact with my wife during the entire process and made sure everything went smooth. We would definitely hire them again.

Very pleased with the job, I had the walls, trim and ceiling painted in the entry way, living room, dining room, kitchen and stairway to the upper level. I was expecting a decent wait for the job to start, but was slid into the schedule much earlier. I'm not the best at selecting colors so I was happy that Curtis was able to steer me in the right direction. Even my Dad said he liked the color, that is saying something! The Just Add Paint team was very clean, professional, and friendly. They even did a great job cleaning up some patch jobs I attempted with the drywall. I have already asked for a quote for a second job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Rich did a fantastic job painting the entry way walls leading up the stairs. It was a very difficult job. He was very professional and made sure the area was very clean when he left. I am very happy how beautiful the walls look. I will definitely be calling back to request any future painting needs.

Excellent job! We are very happy with our dining room. Curtis and Rich did a perfect job on both the painting and installing the crown molding. They were on time both days, cleaned up everything and were very personable. Eager to have them back to paint my kitchen cabinets!

We were looking for an upgrade to our kitchen and debated between refacing the cabinets and having them painted. We ultimately decided to have them painted, and I cannot express how happy we are with the result. The cost was a fraction of what refacing would have been, and the finished product is simply astounding. They looks like new cabinets, painted and cured to perfection. The guys were friendly and courteous, taking excellent care to keep paint off of our appliances, floor and countertop. They left the house everyday just the way they had found it. I expected the cabinets to looks good when they were finished, but they look exceptional. I’m absolutely floored with the beautiful outcome and would highly recommend using Just Add Paint to anyone looking for a kitchen upgrade! We will definitely be calling again for future painting needs! Well done!

We hired Just Add Paint to paint our living room, kitchen, hallways, stair and loft area in a home that we had just purchased. This was my first experience hiring painters and these guys were hands down the best possible painters that we could have found! Very fair price and amazing work. Not to mention that they are just great people as well. I can't wait to have them come back and paint our kitchen cabinets!

Not good. Some providers said the job was too large for their company or didn't want to bid at all because they wouldn't be able to give a reasonable price quote due to the size of the building. I don't understand that response, but at least they responded back. Just Add Paint just wasted my time after they made me download pics onto their site.

Yet another wonderful job by Just Add Paint! This time they did our exterior doors and trim. Curtis and Gareth went above and beyond in diagnosing and solving our ongoing problem with poor quality previous paint. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and tidy, and generally great folks to be around. More like having friends come visit than having workers come work. They'll be back later this year to do more work for us. I'm very detail-oriented, especially with painting, and they live up to my standards. Thanks again, guys, Great job.

Your flexibility with our schedules, and with scheduling around the rest of the renovation was greatly appreciated and your professionalism was top tier! You can't fake the passion and excitement that was shown for our cabinet refinishing job. Quality control was evident, especially when Curtis stopped to point out an issue with the way the base cabinet paint was laying. Something we didn't even notice. He immediately stopped, and solved the problem, before completing the process. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and will definitely be calling Curtis and his team again in the future.

The walls in my basement had very bad mildew and I had Just Add Paint seal and paint it. While the paint was drying, Curtis asked me if I had another small job for them so they don't wait around, so they also took care of my bathroom ceiling. Needless to say, going down to the basement doesn't freak me out anymore. They did a wonderful job, as always and the animals loved visiting with old friends.

Curtis was a no-show. Not even a call to say he couldn't make it or had to reschedule. I initiated contact on 6/20. Curtis left a message that evening. I returned his call on 6/21 and set up a time on 6/24 for an estimate. Curtis told me that I could submit pictures of what I wanted done online and he could provide a quote that way, but I preferred meeting in person to go over the list of items I wanted power-washed and painted. He asked that I send him my name, address and phone number by means of their website. I tried several times to send my information (phone and tablet), even loaded pictures of 3 of the 4+ rooms I wanted painted (could not submit info without pictures), without success (website kept failing). I called Curtis early morning on 6/23 to give information directly. He said he would be there on 6/24 at 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM. I would not consider hiring because I would be afraid that they wouldn't show again.

I received an original response for my time sensitive inquiry that said, "I have a handful of appointments tomorrow but will do some shuffling and work on freeing up some space." I did not receive a call saying they were unable to shuffle the other appointments around or a call saying they had an appointment for me. If they did not have time then I would have appreciated them actually saying that.
