The very best experience! I have a so. With severe asthma and lately have not been able to control it. A friend mentioned having the house tested for mold and we set a company from home advisor who didn t show. I called around 4 more people 3 of which I felt like a number, to busy, very high quotes, and then I got Wilbur Hull. Explained what was going on and he had compassion and was able to come out for a test same day! When he got here he was thorough and I was willing to spend whatever to test all of the rooms. He was very thorough and explained after a free inspection that I could test but, it could and would be a waste of money if I had to treat when the results came in versus just treating anyway and skipping the fee of testing. It was a no brainer and a great feeling he went out of his way to save me money. I was skeptical on how it would kill everything but with research and his knowledge it really is a fantastic product offering more then just mold remediation. We treated the entire house for close to what other companies wanted just to test! His crew was above and beyond helpful moving things, explaining, and dealing with a paranoid mom. After they left the house smelled fantastic in areas once muggy (laundry room/mud room) and I could see positive changes in my son. About 10 days later cleaning I found apparent mold in a bench seat that would have been blocked/buried when they came initially. I called him to come back out admitting fault of it not being pointed out prior on my part to get a quote of hitting that spot I had blocked. He went above and beyond sent his crew who re-did it with a smile and asked about my son. A true family man, company, and crew. We will continue to use their service annually as precaution and will recommend them highly to everyone. We need more businesses like this!

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Wilbur and his partner and Workman . His price was very fair and he took the time to explain to me all the steps that were needed to get rid of the mold. I did research myself and learned the product he used was very safe. I would definitely give him a five star rating for giving me the exactly the service we agreed on.

At first I was a little unsure about the product and the process that Wilbur was proposing. I did not have any other companies come and do the bid on mold removal-but I had heard the cost would be very high. Wilbur s bid of around $3000 for the entire house seemed reasonable to me. I investigated the product f they use which is chlorine dioxide and found that it is an exceptional product used in many applications in many areas to kill mold and other microbiological organisms. We had a very significant mold problem in the house. It was an old house and had not been cleaned very well very often. It did not have very good ventilation and so over the years lots of mold had grown in the basement the rafters were covered with all kinds of mold white mold and there was black mold on walls and in nooks and crannies behind trim and in cabinets. We had Wilburs team come in and they spent a lot of time treating the entire house and killed all the mold. I was very pleased with the overall results of the work. I found Wilbur to be very responsive and easy to work with. I recommend googling chlorine dioxide and investigating several websites to become familiar with the product as you consider using Wilbur s team to treat your mold problem.

Wilbur clearly explained his method for mold removal using Nano Electrostatic Technology. Compared to 2 other estimates with totally different methods, his was the most appealing. My Doc even gave it a thumbs up and now my basement is usable and smells nice. His 2 workers were friendly and professional.

Wilbur was super responsive. He really cares about the customer. When ever our oldest son came to visit us he would have a mold reaction and would get sick, but since Wilbur sprayed our house he has no signs of any reaction , even in the basement where we had the mold problem. Wilbur said he would come back for free to spray our house again, once we fixed the basement water problem. I can't say enough about Wilbur and this nano technology. It is actually criminal that the traditional companies use scare tactics and charge CRAZY money and get away with it.

I highly recommend Wilbur and his company. He was able to schedule the appointment we needed on the next day, was very professional and explained everything we needed to know.
