Wilbur Hull Nano Cleaning solutions were on time and polite. They took time to explain the process. Most I.portent is that their cleaning spray removed the mold and for a fraction of the price it would cost another company to rip out the walls.

Both reps with whom I worked were professional, personable and courteous. They both provided ample information with which to make decisions. The rep who performed the work supplied additional information on the products that would be used and provided guidance for after the application timing for drying, etc.

Very quick to respond and extreme helpful. Informed me that there wasn’t a mold issue yet, but could be if not controlled (humidity level was high in basement). Performed a cleanup/clean out of entire house as precautionary measure for far less than other companies had quoted.

Once our plumber told us the shower was leaking from a crack/cracks between the wall and shower floor pan, but didn't know for how long, we weren't sure how much mold might be below and behind the walls, so we had the shower demolished and then called Wilbur Hull. He came to our home to inspect our situation. Within 2 hours they treated the wood and a couple of hours after that you could see a visible difference. Now, a day later you could hardly tell there was any damage at all! Thank you Wilbur for getting out to us so quickly - even though it's been a rainy season and homeowners are dealing with flooding and worse situations than ours, you fit us into your busy schedule and remedied our problem!

Will was prompt, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. He answered all our questions and was able to complete the job in about an hour. We were concerned about how the product would affect our cats, but he explained everything in detail and we were completely satisfied with the result.
