Lowe's Home Improvement

It was excellent. We called and ordered and they were there the next day installing it for us. They come out and they're very punctual and I really like that. Other than being friendly and prompt, being in a small town sometimes labourers can take their time to get here where Lowe's; they come out right away that's why we chose them. We chose them because of their price and their promptness.

Lowe's was not satisfactory at all. They did the work in a timely fashion. The contractor was awesome and everything went great. The installation went great. A couple of months later, when the boards started having holes in it. They said that it was fire damage and it was us. The issue was the wood we originally got from Lowe's was riddled with holes. We had to argue with them. It tooks months and they ended up replacing 50 boards. I got the runaround getting the boards replaced. They put them in at the end of last summer. The wood they supplied was not fine. They supplied inferior material and had a problem replacing the inferior material. There was no other wood damage in the hole neighbourhood apart from their material.
