Our experience was awful, please check into their reputation before you even think about renting from JA/LEX Real Estate Services. They would continuously do unannounced walk-throughs of the apartment then you would receive a email of a violation of your lease agreement because a battery needed to be replaced in a fire alarm, because they said the alarm was beeping that the battery needed replaced. This would cost $15.00 each time. You would think you would have been aware of that noise supposedly coming out of a smoke detector that was in you apartment. They never cleaned, removed or treated any snow or ice around the back of the apartment, allowing you to be subjected to accidents and falls because of the conditions. Then after putting up with their constant picking away of your security deposit when you go to move out and try to follow the lease agreement as they advise you to be present at a walk-through so if there was any problems you would have time to make things right by cleaning something they might think needed cleaned more. So after the walk-through they tell you everything looks good and you can expect your security deposit back within 30 days, then when you get your deposit in the mail they include a bill for an extra $200.00 in cleaning charges. So of course you would call and question why, and the answer we got is that, "yes they remember saying everything was good and that you would get your deposit back." Then they apologize and say, " they should of said that extra cleaning needed to be done but this is what the owner had to pay to have it cleaned." Of course you bring up about the fact they should of mentioned that they wanted something more cleaned so you could have done it and not have to paid more fees and all they can say is, " I'm sorry but this is what it is going to be." They are the worst landlords you will ever have!

Virginia is completely clueless when it comes to managing properties, her husband (Steve) is a bully and self absorbed in his own ego. Id never do business with them again or would i ever recommend their services.
