At first everything seemed to be going fine, Troy came to the apartment and measured for installation, He seemed like a nice guy , gave me his business card and in a few days a date was set to install the new carpet. Troys team came and tore out the old carpet and padding, installed new padding and laid down the new carpet, I stayed out of their way, when they were stretching the carpet in the hallway they tore the seam, glued it and went on finishing up the work. When finished they showed me the job they done, I was totally appalled. It looked like a mismatched Frankenstein job. The two bedrooms had the same type of carpet but slightly different shade, the hall way and living room were another shade and the dinning room yet another shade, the dinning room was spliced and had a 2x2 foot section in the corner that was different carpet and pile. It was clear he had laid remnants, they had splices in the door ways in the living room and dinning room , Troy forgot to measure these spaces instead measured wall to wall. When confronted Troy became irritated and tried to give me a lecture on carpet. I explained to Troy the apartment beside me had new carpet installed by you and it all matched and was virtually seamless. They came back and replaced the carpet in the dinning room , it went from bad to worse, this time the pattern flowed 2 different ways.It was a no brainer this was another remnant, I made them tear this out , 3rd time finally done right. The carpet in the hallway where they tore the seam is now fraying as is it down the hall along the baseboard, it looks like they cut the carpet too short so the sweeper snags all the loose ends. I would not recommend this company to anyone. STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!!!!!!!

Wonderfully. From estimate to installation they were thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time every day, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We never felt uncomfortable or put out. It's been two years since the installation and the floors still look wonderful (no squeaks either). When we have the remaining carpet replaced, they'll be our first stop.

Troy and his team did an outstanding job. From design to installation, the project went smoothly and professionally. Troy did a detailed pre-installation survey and estimate addressing all of our concerns then, prior to installation, brought the lead installer (Don) to the house go over the project and details with us. Gary and Don (the installers) were on time, friendly and professional throughout the project. They were very detail oriented and did a wonderful job removing the old flooring, repairing the sub floor where necessary, and installing the new hardwood. Although the project took a few days longer than anticipated, the job was done right and it came in slightly under budget (a great plus and pleasant surprise). The hardwood looks great and all the old squeaks and creaks are gone. I can't say enough about how well it all went and how pleased we are with our new floor. If you're considering a new floor we think Advantage Flooring has proven themselves on this project.
