Description of Work: From the woman who scheduled our gutter replacement to the men who came out this company is top notch. We live in a three story duplex and all gutters were replaced and repaired where they could be in one day. Very friendly. If I could give them an A+++ rating I would!

Description of Work: Our front gutter was holding water at a corner due to some settling of the porch. They came out and explained the simple fix and then said that the full cost for a team to come out would be high so they said I could do it myself or they could wait for a break in there work and have one person come do the repair which would save us money. Due to the cold weather we chose to wait for a break in there work and within 2 weeks they were onsite and completed the work.

Description of Work: Gave an estimate that including replacing the whole system, rather than correcting a handful of troubles and reusing parts from the older system. Attempted a high price "up sale' to a system I really did not request nor need. Their approach should be to first determine full "stakeholder" needs/requirements, and arrive very promptly, appropriately dressed and of professional appearance. Just becuase I am elderly does not mean that I am incapable.

Description of Work: NE Gutter Pro replaced our rain gutters and downspouts with new seamless gutters. Due to improper installation of our roofing shingles, they recommended a special Z-style drip edge to eliminate rain from going behind the gutters. They're pricing was equal to other estimates we received and their professional knowledge outshined all the others. They were prompt, polite and professional.

Instead he left a hand-written note with my tenant with price only and never returned my call. When I finally reached him to discuss terms he was not willing to use my old downspouts which were still in good shape. I decided to hire another company for a slightly lower price that was being more cooperative, and they used my old downspouts without question.

 + -1 moreNortheast Gutter installed gutters on our new construction home. Time frame of installation was very prompt, all staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Installers were very mindfull of not only installing the gutters properly, but also the appearance of the gutters on the home- they changed a couple of downspout placements and direction of drainage from the original plans, after checking with us, in order to have the gutters/douwnspouts look better and blend in with the home. Customer service after installation has also been great. Would definately recommend using

He came exactly when he said he was going to come. He is a very fair, honest, and impressive guy. He is very professional and he is in the business for a very long time. We are going to use him in the future. He really scanned the whole house and came up with two options. With only having the consultation with him, we can imagine that how he works. We kept his number and we will be using him in the future.
