Allen Noel's Electric

Allen Noel came to work on the refrigerator on August 9th. He proceeded to place the new parts in the refrigerator and removed the freon. He did say that he was missing that small part called a JIG and that it needed to be ordered from LG. He was at my home approx 1 hour and left everything torn apart and on the floor for when he returned to finish the job. I called him a week later (on a Monday) and asked if he had received the missing part which he said he did have it. He told me could not get back to finish the job until that friday and that he would call me. Friday came and went with Allen not calling or returning. This pattern of calling him was done every week until the end of Sept. He said the same thing every time, that he was extremely busy and that he would show up on Friday. During this time, I had told him that I had fallen tripping over the boxes and that I needed him to come back. Never returned. I finally got a tech that knew what he was doing. He had to called and asked Allen to send me the part he received from LG, he never returned it.
