They are a good company to deal with and were responsive when they came to our house for the bidding process. Their work was true to their bid and their craftsmanship and follow-up was good when fine tuning the system. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

Antz Energy came and measured and took information of garage size,window size, door sizes and insulaton R values to calculate sizing of modine hot dawg propane heater for garage. Unit installed along with 100 gal propane tank. Had to have my own roofer cut hole in roof for exhaust pipe and install seal cap above shingles because they did not want to be responsible for any roof leaks that might occur. Cost me an additional $115.00. Had to have Antz Energy come back and caulk where exhaust pipe exited through ceiling in garage. After heater was in use, I questioned the sizing of the unit. Seemed to be using a lot of fuel (which they sell). Sent a technician to check pressures, etc. Said everything is ok. Tried to bill me for service call. I contacted manufacturer of heater and was told that the unit is too small for garage, will run longer and use more fuel. Contacted Antz Energy and he sent me his figures for calculating unit size. I sent to Modine and they could not understand his calculations, not enough information. I contacted Antz Energy to request the unit to be replaced with proper size and he asked: " Does it shut off when it's cold outside? " I said yes, eventually. He said, " Well then it's sized correctly ". Had told Antz Energy not to deliver any more propane in April, 2011 unless I called, and also that the tank was leaning towards my garage siding. They said they would correct tank base. Never did. Delivered fuel in November, 2011 without me authorizing. They did bill me at a lower price than other suppliers in my area.
