Description of Work: We gutted whole bathroom and they recommended a contractor who we will work with again. In addition we worked with plumber and electrician which was separate cost. We were very satisfied with all the work.

Description of Work: We ordered kitchen cabinets and countertop for a complete kitchen update from Top Value Kitchens. The update has not been completed to date because of related other work that needs to be done in steps. Ben of Top Value Kitchens has been extremely helpful in help me to make contact with a flooring contractor, a plumber, an appliance store, backsplash distributors and others to make the complete update progress nicely. I can write more when the project is completed but I anticipate that all will go terrifically.

Description of Work: I became aware of Top Value Kitchens at last years home show at the Kingston Armory. My husband and I were sure this is who we'd be ordering our cabinets from based on our experience there. When we were finally ready to order kitchen cabinets and went to the store, we were disappointed right down to the response time by Lindsey who was less than professional. Long response time and very costly. I think we were responded to this way because we were installing ourselves. We ended up getting the same exact cabinets through Just Cabinets and paid MUCH less than the estimate from Top Value. Would not recommend unless you are planning for their people to install and money is no object.

+ 1 moreTop value was great. From first walking in and talking to Lindsay, to designing and picking out the styles, colors, countertops and sink, they helped us through the process. The price was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent despite the old crooked walls of my 1902 home. If I had one complaint, it would be that we were not shown a slightly higher end cabinet so we could consider it, but that is probably my fault for not asking for more options. This is represented by the B in quality - not the quality of the work but the quality of the cabinets that we chose, which are not manufactured by Top Value, only installed by them. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and they even came back 2 months later to complete the toe kick when I was ready for it after I finally got the laminate flooring in. In fact, the installers may have been the best part - extremely professional and polite. All in all I am a very satisfied customer.
