Description of Work: Removed existing electric heat pump and installed a new gas furnace, air conditioner and three thermostats for the zoned system. Also ran additional gas lines in preparation for two new gas log systems.

 + -1 moreIt took a few days more to complete the job, which I was expecting. They ran into things that made the job more difficult however I was not charged for this, my quote is what my bill is. A man that runs his company with integrity and the men working for him were extremely polite and professional. Great experience.
Description of Work: Installed central air conditioning and the duct work in an older home that only has a boiler (baseboard heating) no vents. I had 3 other companies come in for bids and all told me that the only thing I could do was mini-split ductless A/C and the lowest bid was more than twice of what Mr. Grimm quoted. It is a difficult job and a dirty job, working in small spaces, basements and attacks. He came to my home, looked at it and said my home was too nice to hang these large units from the walls and asked why I wanted it. He was totally honest with me and I greatly appreciate that.

 + -1 moreThe air conditioning unit wasn't cooling and they got it work. I called the office and they said they could send somebody in half an hour if I was here. They came right out. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They gave me some good tips because I'm new to this area and the north east climate. I'm not sure of the price as I'm yet to be billed. Based on what I have heard, they have a good reputation.
Description of Work: Grimm Heating & Cooling came out this week to inspect; clean and reset one of our air conditioning unit.
