so I called Mr. Grimm  who told me he would be there at nine the next morning he arrived on time. had it done in under two hours cleanup included  and it only cost me $250.00   so people in the Sharon Pa area don't sit around thinking it is going to cost a lot  especially if you already got an out-of-this-world estimate call Mr. Grimm. He's trustworthy and maybe he'll be able to find a cheaper option for you    thanks a million Mr. Grimm                           signed AR
