Description of Work: Maytag dryer would not start. I called Craig, left a message and he responded the same afternoon. He came out to work on the dryer when it was convenient for me. He ran some tests and diagnosed the problem rather quickly. It was a blown circuit board. He offered to either replace it with a new part (which would take a few days and cost 2-3 hundred bucks) or attempt to repair the circuit board on site (with a very fair guarantee). He had me up and running again in less than an hour. That was over a month ago, and it's still running like new. Thanks, Craig.

+ -1 moreHe gave me an appointment in a couple days, estamate over phone, he stuck to it, on time, did not mind the11 dogs up his butt for a sniff, did not mind that I watched, incase it happened again I could unplug the blockage, was quick, gave a 10% off paid cash, GUARNTEES his work!!!! The big time outfits, wanted 80 bucks to come to the door! and 17 every 15 minutes they are here! 2nd time I used Craig's, the first time the washer I had he would not repair because he guarentees his work, the brand I had at the time had alot of failures to the point he lost money several times doing rework at his cost. Sooo because of that info he shared with me, I was able to purchase a better reliable machine I love, the hair ball in hose was my fault. Craig was very professional, and he works Saturdays,
Description of Work: Washer hose plugged completley, biggest hairball ever seen, he had not so easy time disconnecting hose to outside and flush with a preasure nozel to unblock hose.

+ -1 moreHe is very good at what he does and is very knowledgable. He is reasonably priced. He checked everything out and is very efficient when it comes to things like getting back to you. He found that we actually had an electrical problem, not a problem with the oven.
Description of Work: He came out to look at a building oven. We have had service from him before.
