Ehrlich Pest Control

The service has been, as far as I can determine, good. I have contracted with this exterminator service a several years, without interruption. Several Technicians have serviced my home, although I gather that the goal is for their to be a primary Technician assigned to my home who should not change. I have come to understand that the Technicians do recall my home & so when a new Technician is assigned to my home, there is a lot of "getting" to know my property again. Following my most recent quarterly home service some concerns were raised about whether I did/didn't have a problem with nesting bats. My Technician, a newly assigned Technician, was not qualified to do that sort of an assessment so his supervisor came out to my home & performed a very thorough assessment which thankfully resulted in having no concerns about a bat problem! Two specific observations: 1.) This company has evolved their business & now no longer has a reliable, local call taker. When I make calls to the company to schedule service or to update billing information the call can be taken anywhere. Where this comes most noticeable is when I need to reschedule a quarterly service call. My Technician covers a large geographic territory. The Call-Taker has no appreciation for distances he must travel & as a result it typically take several phone calls to firm up a new visit time which will work with my schedule & his. 2.) Speaking of scheduling quarterly service when the Technician concludes a quarterly visit, he wants to schedule the next quarterly service. I do not know my own schedule at that time & so a tentative appointment is made. Within a month of the tentatively schedule quarterly service visit I receive a post-card reminder- that is great! Unfortunately, since I don't know my schedule until 2-4 at any given time, usually the tentatively scheduled appointment does not coincide with my schedule. When I call the Office, (see #1), there are challenges to rescheduling that quarterly service call until a date that suits my schedule. If I wish to keep my usual Technician, it is not uncommon for his calendar to be booked out beyond my known schedule! I either take my chances and tentatively set a new date, (hoping it will work!), or permit another Technician, who is unfamiliar with my property, to perform the quarterly service. These two experiences have not caused me to switch to another, more locally managed service. I have heard mixed reviews from others who have used local competitors & their anecdotal reviews have not convinced me to switch services. Overall, I'm pleased but I wish there was less challenges to making a quarterly service visit, taken into account my own scheduling challenges.

Treated inside and outside of the house for pests. Including mice, millipedes, ants, spiders, stink bugs, etc. This is a monthly service. WE have had Erhlich's for pest control for over 10 years (results were immediate though.). Before using Erhlich, I had all the above varmits. I do not live in the country, but I do have some woods behind my house. Erhlich's people have been very professional over the years. They have actually become friends. I ask questions and learn a lot from them. If I ever have a problem, all I have to do is call and they are usually at my house THAT day. Their reports are very thorough. They are technologically smart and send results via email. They are really experience and know their stuff. If you need to reschedule your appointment, that is no problem for them. They are willing and ready to accommodate you. You can't go wrong hiring them.
