Really professional and friendly, were able to complet the work way faster than I expected and showed up on time, and finished a day early. I'm very happy and as they were able to fix structural issues as well as put in a french drain at the same time, they took a lot of heartache out of the organisation. The crew were skilled and experienced and happy to share project knowledge. I'm recommending them to my neighbour.

We needed a slight adjustment to the work they did and they were quick to respond and take of the issue.

They did the work itself but did not replace boulders and dirt properly.

I called for service and had alot of trouble getting through. I wasnt informed about the merger with ITG. Bakers should have an emergency phone number for after hours issues. When I finally got through Jessie was very polite and had no one availible to take care of my issues but within a few hours Jeff Sodrick showed up to handle everything.

I highly recommend this company. They were timely, professional, and cleaned everything up beyond my expectations. My basement is 100% dry, I Love it so much!! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful.

The technician Jeff was helpful/knowledgeable for the services that were rendered. This was the 2nd time I used them n would again if the need is there n would ask for Jeff again.
