Spoke with Taylor McBryan first. She did an amazing job explaining what we needed to fix our basement and what exactly was going to be done. The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. Our basement looks great. Thanks ITG!

items removed from basement included circuit breakers, new, which I told the about, but they bstill removed. covered up door to plumbing , etc., for washer and dryer and I was told that they were to cover everything .

My sister & I hired them to install power braces to our summer home. They showed up with not one but 3 trainees. The installed some of the brackets wrong at first putting holes int o my floor joists. One brace was crooked and they did not bring enough equipment to finish the job. (They knew how many braces they needed beforehand). I had to take more tie off work for them to complete it. You would think they would have fixed the crooked on while there but they did not. When I called to tell them about it the first person cut me off and said she would send someone to finish the job. If she would have listened she would have realized it was done, just poorly. I got a call about my appointment and explained the situation, only to be told I understand, but no offer to give any money back or anything. Still waiting to hear from management as I was told they would forward my email to them and also use this for training purposes. I will NEVER use this company again!

Installed waterproofing system for our basement. Professional, timely and easy to work with. The system is working very well.

The ITG employees performing the work arrived on time and completed the work beyond my expectations respecting my property and acting with total professionalism. Chas who was our inspector is a great representative of the company keeping us informed and making sure we were pleased with the work. The work was just completed last Wednesday so we look forward to seeing how well this work solved our moisture problem in the crawl space.

Good install. Cleaned up after the job. Would use them again.

I still haven t had the install yet. Won t happen until April. Great service just very busy. About a four month wait.

They weren't available for this project until the middle of November, so we can't rate the quality of the work, but what they listed for what needs to be done looks great.

Had them waterproof basement which was taking on water every heavy rain. They did exactly what they said they would. Very professional crew and easy to work with, and cleaned up well. There was of course quite a bit of dust from this project that I was still removing a week later, but aside from that you wouldn't have known anything had been done. This was done last year, and even with all of the torrential rains in the past 12 months, not a drop of moisture has been seen. Humidity levels in the basement are extremely low now too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They actually put carbon fiber strips to reinforce the wrong wall in my basement. They did come back and make it right at their own expense. They finished a few hours before my settelment however all ended well.
