Great job leveling my sidewalk. Aaron Lenker and Dakota Stoner were professional, friendly and patient in explaining their work. Erik Eher was helpful in setting up the project and explaining the benefits and costs. All around a great experience.

Aaron, Dakota, and Erik work for an amazing company. Erik did the inspection and estimate of our concrete releveling and crack concerns. Aaron and Dakota did an initial walkthrough and kept me updated throughout the process. They both worked very hard and did a wonderful job job. I would definitely recommend Bakers Waterproofing.

Shannon Sisk came to my house to inspect a water leakage problem in my basement. He was very informative and knowledgeable as to solutions to the issue. Turns out the problem is coming from the neighboring townhouse's gutter and downspout. He feels the water is leaking behind my siding and drai ing into my basement. Shannon did not sell me a system that I do not need. He did give a quote for waterproofing if the problem gets worse and affects other walls in the basement. I was pleased with his candor and professionalism. Thank you for sending Sannon to give me an honest answer to the problem.

Description of Work: repair basement wall that was leaking. They did a great job of repairing the problem area. They did more than I thought was going to be done. They also repaired my outside wall that was leaking into the house. They did not fix the problem at first, they thought they fixed it with the repairs that they originally preformed. I called them to tell them that the leak still existed and without any problem they came out fast to preform more repair work to the area. It has been a year and a half and knock on wood the problem has not returned. They gave peace of mind that the problem will not return

Description of Work: Installed floor jacks under house. The company did not install the jacks correctly, and had to return to re-install. The owner had to instruct the guys on site how to do it properly. They were not trained on how to install properly, and it was obvious after discussing with the guys on site, that they had never installed the jacks properly on any job that they had done previously. This was verified by the company that manufacture the jacks.
