About us

I have been practicing architecture for over 25 years. My education includes a Bachelor degree in Architecture from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where I was a cum laude graduate. I have designed and managed projects in small, medium and large architectural and engineering firms and have a wide range of experience and expertise. I am primarily interested in all residential and commercial projects ranging from a construction value of $200,000 and higher. Residential experience includes the design homes for over 20 years from small additions to large executive estates and have successfully completed projects in a variety of architectural styles. My experience includes knowledge of the latest engineering technologies. Commercial architectural experience is extensive and includes a wide range of projects including corporate headquarters, office, retail, financial, medical and hospitality projects up to $40 million in size. Initial Consultation - $275.00.

We have been working with Tim for about 7 months now and we are very satisfied. Our residential project is somewhat unique and required a knowledge base that may not be common to most architects. Tim has demonstrated solid expertise in helping us move forward and even though we have not yet broken ground, we have placed great value on his consultancy. I could not help but see a few other reviews and I would dispute that he is "expensive".....you only get what you pay for and if you want quality work you must hire quality expertise. Before hiring Tim we shopped a few others and his fees are competitive. I hope to write another review once the project is completed.
