Description of Work: I recently bought a commerical property and had to have all of the contents in the entire inside and outside of the property removed which included office equipment, office furniture, storage items, file cabinents, miscellaneous items that had been dumped and stored inside and outside for many years. I also had to have a small storage building on the property demolished and materials hauled away. The entire job was rather large and I had never used a service before for this type of project. But it was too large of a job for me alone. I called and spoke directly to the owner, Roger. No voicemail, no recording. It was refreshing to speak with someone directly without having to leave a message! He was polite and helpful and came out to my property the very next day to give me a quote. He also provided references and assured me that his team would be prompt and professional. I contacted three other services for a quote. One company never called me back. One company was unavailable on the date I needed the work done. One company could not provide references. Needless to say The Junkmen got the job. I was pleasantly surprised when The Junkmen team of 4 men arrived on time. They were organized and managed to complete the job in 2 days (I thought it would take longer). The quote was accurate and I was extremely pleased with the services. I was able to start a remodling project of the space earlier than I had anticpated because The Junkmen had done such a good job of demolishing and disposing of the building and contents. I would highly reccommend The Junkmen. I could not have done this job properly or in a timely manner. In fact, it would have taken me weeks just to dispose of the property contents. I didn't have to be concerned with where the items were being disposed, The Junkment handled everything. I would use The Junkmen again for demolition and/or disposal services for my other properties and any future properties I purchase. My neighbor is going to hire The Junkmen to demolish a 4 car garage and storage facility he owns in Monroeville.
