Sta So Cool HVAC

Gino came out and gave us an estimate and was very genuine and up front about the work that needed done, we knew he was our guy. Him and Shane completed the upgrade of our furnace/ac yesterday and we couldnâ t be happier. They were on time, worked all day, and got the job done neat and cleaned up when finished. All for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to do business with them.

Geno and his crew were an excellent company to deal with! Of the four quotes that we received, his was the most complete. Unlike the others he spent the most time explaining what made the most sense for our situation. I really felt part of the process and was most comfortable with the price and why the system we chose was the perfect replacement for us. On the day of the installation they arrived on time as promised, part of our installation was in the attic so they used floor coverings, removed all the old parts at the end of the day, swept the carpet to the second floor and finished as promised in one day. Lastly spent time explaining our system and how best to manage it. Finally he registered our system with the manufacturer to insure we were covered by all warranties. I would not hesitate to recommend Sta So Cool and Geno to anyone who needs either repair or a new A/C system!

Gino and his crew were on- time (yes, they were actually on-time!), patient when it came to my questions, diligent and focused when working, and just overall extremely professional. As for price, Sta So Cool provided the best quality product (central AC replacement) for the price, so I went with them over four others I priced. I would consider myself to be picky, and I am thoroughly pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend Sta So Cool as these guys do not disappoint when it comes to customer service, quality and price.

Gino did a great job - he was able to squeeze our job in to get our AC installed during a hot week. When we told him something wasn't quite right, he was out the next day to troubleshoot and solved an existing issue. Very happy with this service and would use Gino again.

Gino was very responsive and professional. He arrived when he said he would, got back to me with pricing as promised and educated me on the process for replacing my hot water heater. Highly recommend over some of the franchised companies who always seem to prove higher and show up hours after their estimated arrival.

Gino and his team of union steamfitters did a professional job at a fraction of the price of some of the larger companies. They arrived on time, were clean and neat, and completed the installation in a timely fashion. His customer service is excellent. Great follow up and personalized service. The installation and the product itself are top quality. We upgraded to a larger, top-end, Energy efficient unit. So far, it is working well, except for the Wi-Fi connection, which Gino has promised to resolve a follow up visit. We were very happy that we chose this company for our long overdue HVAC upgrade.

Gino did a great job of assessing my system and finding issues others have missed. He is obviously concerned with his customers being happy and satisfied with his work. He is up front with everything he does, what his plan is and how it will address the problem. He was very thorough on going over my system and coming up with a plan. His prices are reasonable and he followed up to make sure everything was OK. I plan to have him back to perform our furnace inspection/maintenance this fall. He is definitely someone to consider if you have an HVAC issue.

Very nice and help out very well

Responsive, thorough, personable. Dealt with an elderly Lenox Pulse furnace which had shut down just as the extreme heat hit. Had it running and the house cool again in no time. Very knowledgeable and I ll repeat thorough. Came back Sat. morning with new filters and fixed another problem. Highly recommended. Gave copies of his business card to people in my office. Only the people I really like!

The Owner Geno explained what options I had an recommended the lesser amount which has worked so excellently. No pressure, no sales pitch! Highly recommend this Company!!

Considerate, friendly, flexible with work schedule

Very pleased with the service & work. Even followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. That is caring about your customer. Answered all my questions & was very careful not to drag mud into my house as the weather was sloppy. Very professional yet personable. Iâ d recommend to others & hire again if I had a issue. Great job!
