I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this company. He immediately diagnosed my problem (which was a defective water tank on a water heater under warranty), called the company and arranged everything to remedy the problem. He always kept me informed and arranged a Saturday replacement, which he was in and out within an hour. Great quality experience.

Our heat went out in the house, and I requested someone to fix it on this app (first time using it). Once I got home from work, I called them and they came out to the house in less than an hour. Jon immediately diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the part to fix it. They were awesome to work with, very attentive, very communicative, and just all around an great to deal with. I will absolutely call/use them again for any future HVAC needs.

Gave me an appointment for the next day and was able to arrive early. Answered all my questions. Very thorough with information. He overcame every obstacle to the installation and ran over the operation of the unit. Great communication. I'd absolutely call him again or recommend him to my friends. Very happy.

Gino arrived to determine our needs and provide an estimate. I was impressed by the time and detailed measuring he took in determining everything needed to replace our furnace. Every question was answered and every option was presented. He was pleasant, professional and he promised estimates on four options. We chose option 3 and scheduled instillation in 2 days. Sta So Cool arrived on Sunday morning and had the new furnace in operation that afternoon. Again all was completed professionally with the basement left clean and neat. I couldn't recommended Gino and crew more highly.

He did great work and replace the water heater, on time professional knowledgably, gave recommendation and even cam back to do some free settings and adjustments. Would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest repairman

He came and fixed an air-conditioner last summer, after hours the capacitor was bad. He fixed it on the spot and gave a good price. Really nice guy and gave me options. Absolutely recommended him to any one that needs a good heating and air conditioning guy.
