pool cleaners
+ -1 moreThis is my first time owning a pool. These guys were recommended to me, and while I can't claim to be a good judge how how well they did the job, they were so nice and professional. They answered all of my newbie questions and had a great attitude. They were on time and got the job done. Scheduling went well, guy on the phone was nice too.
Description of Work: Closed my ground pool for the season.

+ -1 moreThey were great but all of a sudden became dirty rotten skunks and I fired them. Once I had a really serious problem which required extensive repair in the plumbing end of the business. The valves and the pipes were moving in and out of the filter of the pool. I needed to replace a valve which directs the flow of the water. They had a really hard time finding it even though it is a common tool for a pool. They charged me 200 $ more than the actual price of the valve. When I called them to talk about it they did not own up to any of it. When they came to install it they did not know what they were doing and the valve is not working rightly. They wasted a lot of my time. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Pool Builders Inc for pool service. I have used them for ten to fifteen years to open and close my pool.
