Organizing Options by Cabinet Worx

I'VE BEEN USING ORGANIZING OPTIONS FOR MANY YEARS AND THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK IS TOP NOTCH! THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY SAY AND DELIVER ON ALL PROMISES. I'VE HAD EVERYTHING FROM A HOME OFFICE TO CUSTOM CLOSETS TO AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER ALL BUILT AND INSTALLED BY ORGANIZING OPTIONS. AND AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ALL WORK PERFORMED. GREAT WORK AT A FAIR PRICE. THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!

The salesperson kept arguing with me on what I wanted and what he wanted to put in. They ordered the wrong cabinets and the wrong drawers. The base cabinets were too short. And then when they ordered a corner wall cabinet, it was too short. I wanted one with a door and they installed one without a door.

We had org options design and install our walk-in closet. We started working in early march and they came out for the measurements in April. they promised they would schedule a single day install for the closet. Our scheduled date was in Mid May. Unfortunately they have come out 5 extra times since, and the closet in still a work in progress. On the most recent visit, June 27, they said they could not find the doors they made for the closet, and would come back today on July 1. Unfortunately, we waited all day today for somebody to come. No luck. They would not even return our calls, or any if the messages we left on voicemail. This will certainly be the last time we use them.

It was a very positive experience from start to finish. They came out and measured, they gave me a bid, they scheduled the installation, they installed the closet. Everything was done perfectly. Of special note: this is a local company - NOT a franchise.

They came and measured and never came back. No one will return my calls-nothing!

This provide sent someone to take measurements. It took over 1 to 2 weeks to get the design proposal. We went back and forth on concepts and finally decide to go in a different direction.

The quote was a little off than what we wanted it to be. They provided us with an estimate. They came on Friday morning on time and that evening they had our quote ready for us. They quoted $5200 for the job. The price was expensive so we decided to hold up on our closets.

I think they did a very good job. They looked at how to use the space that we had, gave us enough storage and pretty much accommodated everything that we had. We can actually find what’s in there now. I think you get what you pay for. So I think the price is fair. We would use their services again in the future.

The work went off fine. It was a good experience. They workers are nice and professional. They were prompt. I would them in the future.

I contacted Organizing Options as a result of receiving one of their coupons in the mail. I had been looking for a contractor or another Angie's List member to provide a design which would maximiize my storage in my mudroom area. (Room adjacent to garage and basement) The mudroom had been equipped with shelving, but I did not like seeing everything exposed. I wanted to have enclosed cabinetry installed so that all of my things would be behind doors. A.J. at Organizing Options was extremely helpful and responsive in developing multiple designs for the room to utilize all of my space, even the corners. If you try to use normal kitchen cabinetry, you lose a tremendous amount of space due to the corners of your room. So, I decided on Organizing Options since they developed a plan to maximize the space. I had cherry cabinetry and molding installed to finish off the entire room. The cabinetry is beautiful and they did such a terrific job, I asked them to quote on a project for my laundry room. Once again, I hired them for this task and they also did a terrific job with the white cabinetry for this area. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalisn and their quality of service.

The sales rep, Larry, showed up promptly, looked at our skimpy, ghastly old closet, and designed a simple, modest system that would give us more hanging space and neater organization. He used a CAD system on his laptop to show me exactly what it would look like. The installer, Eric, showed up promptly, helped take the clothes out of the closet, and installed the system quickly and neatly. It is, as Larry described, very sturdy. And I was able to get it unfinished wood, rather than in the melamine, which I prefer. I was a bit surprised the unfinished is actually particleboard, but it looks fine: neat and clean. Eric took away the old wood and rods and left the closet and bedroom clean. He was very pleasant.

Within 24 hours of my initial call to them, I got a call back and they were here two days later for the planning of the space and estimate. Two days later they came out and completed the job in four hours. They were very courteous and did a great job. I kind of wish they had vacuumed up the area afterwards, and I found a screw on the floor on my daughter's room, but after what great service they gave us, that seemed minor. One of my daughter's drawers in the organizer was falling off the track when full of clothes, and I called for someone to come out and fix it. They were out within a day and fixed it on the spot. In my opinion, its not just how well they do at the job at hand, but the big test is how they handle something that goes wrong afterwards, and they were great at everything. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

This company was responsive, friendly, and professional. While onsite during your consultation, Larry generates and prints a computer design and detailed pricing quote for you. The only reason we did not choose this company was that another company offered a solution that met our particular needs better.

WORK WAS DONE VERY NEATLY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB.

THESE PEOPLE VISIT YOU WITH A LAPTOP, MEASURE THE SPACE, ASSESS WHAT YOU NEED TO STORE AND PROPOSE A DESIGN FOR YOUR CLOSETS. THEY WERE SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATE WE HAD. NEAT WORK, SOLID AND ACTUALLY CAME UP WITH THE BEST DESIGN.
