This is a job that began as a deck repair. As they uncovered more issues, they would show us just what they were seeing and explain their concerns. It got to the point where we decided to go for a whole rebuild rather than multiple repairs down the road. The other quotes we got were for a repair so I honestly don't know where they would've landed price-wise compared to others. To be honest, they were not the least expensive quote for the repair, but their plan for how to repair it was better. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism.

Professional team that was very helpful in replacing parts of my front porch columns that had wood rot. They answered all of my questions and also gave input into how to prevent it from coming back in the future!

Tito and his crew replaced the railings and posts on our old front porch and repaired the roof. The job was completed earlier than expected and without any problems. Tito's crew was extremely friendly and professional while on the job. We have no complaints at all and are very pleased. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone.

The project was very complex with a low water.table. They had no problem in adjusting the project, making no qualms about the.massive change but worked with me and the end result was tremendous. Quality first, timely response and a follow-up on a few changes. They were the best!

Hires NGI Elite to build me a deck with a roof over it. Tito, George and the remainder of the NGI Elite team were very friendly and kept in close communication with their plans for the project as it continued, recommended minor adjustments to the plan as we went along which helped and they cleaned up the site upon finishing. They let me know ahead of time when they d need to get in the house to complete necessary project work and cleaned up after themselves. Have recommended them to coworkers and would recommend them to family/friends as well. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

George was even able to show me pictures of MANY similar projects they had completed. I was pleasantly surprised that the estimate was so reasonable compared to others I had gotten. My project was for a full deck replacement. I was very selective when choosing a contractor and got quotes from several others before landing on NGI for the job. Tito, George, and Peter were fantastic from the start. They listened to my design ideas and shared their own to come up with a beautiful new deck for my family and I. Our favorite add-on was a custom privacy fence that they built for us. I found a picture online of a fence design that I really liked. They were able to build it from scratch and matched every detail from the picture. Very impressive craftsmanship. I highly recommend NGI and suggest getting on their calendar as soon as you can.
