That went well. They did a good job. They met us when they said they were going to. They came out and did the work and they were professional. They did it quickly and they did what we agreed to. I would recommend that people use them. The pricing was comparable to other removal places; maybe a little bit better. They did everything they said they were going to do. They even gave us some feedback to save our money, they said we could call a few people they knew and donate some of the things so it would be less for us to pay them to take away and that was helpful.

Communication was super-fast and professional. Crew called in advance and were able to come earlier than we'd originally planned, and the cleanout went quickly. Both employees were friendly, and provided a reasonable estimate, and left us with a clean basement and side yard.

After having another hauling company stand me up, I called Junk King on 9/13, they were able to schedule the estimate and haul for 8am on 9/15. Half an hour before the scheduled time, they called to verify the appointment and let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly at 8. After showing them the amount we had to haul, he gave an estimate of $560, which was reasonable seeing as there was a fair amount of heavy concrete block and soggy moldy ceiling tile in a failed bagster in the driveway. The crew worked quickly and were done within the hour. They cleaned up the area really well and I couldn't be happier with the work. There was a little less than they had estimated, so they took $50 off the estimate. If I have any more debris and junk to haul, I will not hesitate to call Junk King again.

I got an estimate on 8/7 and made arrangements for them to return for the job on 8/11. They arrived on time and worked very hard and were done within 2 hours. I had three areas to be cleaned. They actually charged me significantly less than the estimate. They didn't mind my observation of the activities and repeatedly ask me to check areas to ensure I was satisfied and all I wanted gone had been removed and checking that what was left was what was to be kept. I also added a few items from other areas on the spur of the moment and it was no problem for them. I was not pressured and was told they could come back any time if I found additional items to be discarded or wasn't sure about anything. I will be using them again for my basement when I find the time to go through the items. I had wanted them to do the basement with this job, but my time was limited. They advised no job was too small and I could call them when I was ready for additional services. The owners where there with additional help and all four worked hard and quickly. They cleared a small yard area, a 18'x8' under deck area and almost all of a 12'x30' unused garage filled with "stuff". I was very satisfied with their response, attention, work ethic, and pricing.

It started off a little rocky only because I wasn’t aware of the 2 hour window, but once they arrived they were very professional. In today’s market it is very hard to find two young men with a rounded value with such great work ethic and professionalism. They were efficient, timely and they explained things to me. I was extremely happy with their services, not only did they do a good job but they cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely use them again for another part of my property. .

The workers were prompt and friendly, even though they did all their work outdoors in steady rain. Job was completed quickly and I was asked to check and make sure they had gotten everything I wanted hauled away prior to them leaving my property.

I used Junk King last year after finding them on Angie's list and was extremely pleased. So, when junk piled up again as it has a way of doing, I naturally called them again and was just as pleased with this experience. They arrived on time, their pricing is very reasonable and their representatives are friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Ed gave me a great deal. The scheduler who called was courteous and professional. I was able to get something scheduled within a day. The pick-up crew was courteous and neat. I could not have asked for better service. I plan on using them again instead of using "Bagster". Even their regular pricing is comparable to Bagster (if not better), but Junk King's service is so much better.

Spent the weekend cleaning out the garage of the house we've lived in for 28 years. Generated about 10 cubic yards of trash. Called Junk King Monday morning. They said they could pick up the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00 am. As promised, they called ahead of time. They arrived on time, did fast work of picking up the items, even broom swept the driveway when they were done. Should I have the need, Ill certainly use them again.

The two young men came to my home on time. They were very courteous, professional and punctual. I called multiple companies to check prices, this company had the cheapest estimate and the price quoted on the phone was the price that I paid. I had no problems with their service, will use them if needed in the future and would recommend them to others.

They came and did all the carrying of the stuff to the truck themselves. Followed my directions in terms of what needed to go. When I purchased the coupon it turns out I didn't need their services right away and filled the requirement that I could defer it up the 6 months. I had it for 5 months after I originally bought the coupon. It was a very good experience with them. They did their job and they didn't expect me to do anything for them. They took things apart. I didn't have to have already taken thing apart. I just pointed and said get rid of it, and they did. Also, they checked to make sure there was nothing left behind including any nails or anything like that.

They were excellent, had a quick response and they took every thing that was there without any questions.

This was a wonderful experience. The men were prompt, efficient and courteous. The reason for the refund request is that they reduced the cost from the estimate. I'm cancelling the credit card payment because I paid the lower fee by check while they were here.

I was very impressed with how good of a job they did. My house was a wreck and they cleaned it all. They even separated the good stuff from the bad stuff. They did a fantastic job.

The crew called when on their way, followed directions for where to park the truck, arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, loaded the truck, raked up to leave area clean and left. I would not hesitate to call them again for any hauling needs. They were great to deal with!

Junk King was amazing. The workers were polite, efficient, and removed a garage full of junk that I have wanted to dispose of for quite some time - an old refrigerator - with the freon still inside, old tires, and debris from our recent home improvement. Very happy to have found such a service and be free of our basement clutter!

It was a great experience! Brent and Austin did the work and they moved efficiently and quickly to clean up my garage full of items that have been placed there for storage from over the years. I had a budget that I had to stick to and Brent gave me a reasonable and not far off quote. Two regular sized couches, a dining room table, old carpeting, a large metal rolling tool box, among other miscellaneous items filled their truck up quickly; however, they loaded it pretty well. They swept up following the work. What I enjoyed about the service they provided included prompt and on-time services (including a phone call to let me know they were a few minutes away for both the quote and the clean-up two weeks later, the quick and efficient work they did, and the convenience of charging my debit card as soon as they were done. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job. They were professional, courteous, and communicated well about the price of the job. Our basement was overflowing with junk and old boxes of forgotten items. Every time I go to the basement now, there's a sigh of relief.

Upon calling Junk King, a time suiting my schedule was arranged within a day. The men who came (Brian and Ron(?) - I am bad at remembering names - were prompt, extremely courteous and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost, and will not hesitate to use them again.

It went super well. They were very responsive and able to work with my tight schedule. They came on time, were able to give me a (very fair!) quote, and haul away everything in less than an hour. The biggest bonus was the two dudes were SUPER nice! They even offered to help us move the couch in that we were struggling with when they arrived. I would unequivocally recommend them!

It went great. I scheduled the estimate online with ease. They give you a two hour window for your appointment. They called me before the appointment to tell me they were on the way. Then they showed up right on time. They asked me what I wanted to get rid of and I showed them. They gave me a price for removing all my junk. They told me we are prepared to do the job right now. So I said great please take the stuff. The two young men were quick,courteous, and very careful not to damage my home while moving the furniture and things through tight spaces. At one point they took the legs off the loveseat to avoid scratching my doorways.Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Junk King of Pittsburgh to anyone who needs this type of service.

Junk King sent 2 men and they arrived on time and were both polite and diligent in doing the work. We needed more space than the deal allowed so after a quick call to the office the men were able to accommodate our request and apply the deal to the new price. Overall it took an hour and half and we were delighted with the hauling service and the price for the work.
