They were great! 3 of the nicest young men came - they were friendly, courteous, willing to work hard and efficient. I had cleaned out my garage, and there was still room in the truck when all that was loaded, so they very willingly, carried a bunch more stuff up and out of my basement. I was very happy with the service and would call them again.

They were excellent in communication, on time, pleasant, willing and I could not have asked for a better experience. They were even professional in their dress - good job of representing their company. This was an amazing deal (Thanks Angies List!!)!

My experience was great. I called for an estimate and she said they could be there in just a couple hours. Also, they bring the truck and the guys to the estimate, so if you like the price, they can do it right then. I thought it was a very reasonable price. I didn't have to rent a dumpster and I didn't have to worry about my boyfriend hurting himself trying to haul things. The three guys that came (sorry I don't remember their names) were very friendly. So in the same day for $100 it was all gone with no worries. They even sweeped up the area they removed the debris from. Very goo job!

I bought the 89.00 "big deal". Had relatives staying in my house and needed to get rid of a lot of "stuff'. Great price. The company came and picked up everything that I pointed out...even taking some extra stuff beyond the space I paid for without charging me. Arrived on time and done within a hour. Very nice guys and efficient.

Excellent service and extremely responsive! We were in the middle of a move and not sure what to do with an accumulation of excess, oversized items. I called Junk King and they came the next day to help us dispose of oversized, unwanted items that were left after our moving van departed. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!

I had purchased a big deal knowing we were going to need debris removed from our home renovation. We had more to haul away then what was covered but comparing the total cost to other service companies we still feel we received an excellent value. Everything was cleaned up as promised and they called ahead to let us know when they would arrive only a little late. We have recommended Junk King to several contractors that we have dealt with. They will be getting another call from us when the yard work is finished. Keep up the good work!!

Junk King came and removed the pile promptly and swept the area afterward. Workers were professional and courteous and worked quickly. We would use them again.

First thing that is very important is the first telephone contact I had with Ed. He's the boss and a very nice, professional guy. We discussed the project on the phone. His first estimate was very high for the size of the hot tub we were getting rid of. Once I explained the job in more detail he dropped the price to a much more reasonable amount of $250. We made arrangements for him and his crew to come to our house during another phone call when I actually said we wanted to have the job done. I called several other junk removers and either their estimates were too high or they did not service our area (Canonsburg, Washington County). The appointment time for the job was 1:00 pm on Saturday the 24th. One the day of the job, Ed called me earlier in the morning and asked if we could change the time to earlier in the day as he had another appointment in Allegheny County later in the day and then another job in Canonsburg. If I could change my appointment time it would save him from driving back and forth and back and forth again. He was so happy I changed the time for him that he gave us an additional discount off of the quoted price. Then, when they actually showed up for the job, they were about 45 minutes early which was no problem either. The crew of guys were great, they were very professional and Ed was really personable and friendly. They were very quick and careful not to damage any property while they were removing the hot tub. It took about an hour all together to get in, get the tub out and be done. He had plenty of guys for the job, they all wore company shirts and were really, really a great bunch of guys. I would definitely use Junk King again if I ever have any junk to get rid of in the future. I would recommend these guys any time.

We purchased a big deal for the service. They work hard. I had a lot of company coming on the 4th of July, and so they came out and cleaned up, and removed everything for me. I can only recommend them, they are very good guys. They work hard, more than they charge. They cleaned up 4 cubic yards.

I had bought the Big Deal Offer for this service. Literally they came out the very next day I called them and I did not pay anything extra for the service. They were fast, friendly, very honest and reasonable. They were literally in and out. I am plan to using them again. I feel that the price was fantastic.

It went very well. I didn't have to pay anything extra. It was my first time using them. They set a time and then they called me saying that one of their trucks had broken down and that they might be a little bit late. And they were a little bit late, but at least I knew when to expect them.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. The coupon was for 4 cubic yards and I thought I had more than enough junk to fill the space. The two men found a way to load even more junk into the truck and also took an item that I thought would be too big. The truck was in my driveway a total of 25 minutes! I was honestly impressed with their service and will gladly recommend them.

ARRIVED ABOUT 45 MIN. LATE. gOT RIGHT TO WORK AND DID EXCELLENT JOB. wORKERS WERE NEAT AND CLEAN INCLUDING THEIR APPEARANCE.

They were a bit late because a previous job turned out to be more demanding than anticipated, but they kept us up to date on their arrival time. It was a hot messy job, but they worked quickly and were very professional. They cleaned up the residue.
