Junk King Pittsburgh

I have used this company three and they have always done a great job. They show up on time and are very professional.

We needed to dispose of an old refrigerator that stopped working. Found Junk King on Angie's List and they were close by and had good reviews so I called them. They were very easy to work with - extremely nice and agreeable. They gave us the Angie's Big Deal and hauled away a bunch of junk we had been wanting to remove for awhile.

Was quick and cleaned up after themselves.

All went as planned except that there was more to be hauled than what was covered in the $79 special. I had to pay an extra $150 for the remainder to be hauled.

Working with Junk King of Pittsburgh was an excellent experience!! I had been dreading dealing with the construction debris from our summer project. But, working with Junk King of Pittsburgh was quick, easy, and enjoyable! Ryan and Tim were incredibly nice and extremely efficient! I was amazed at how quickly they worked and how efficiently they packed the truck. I needed multiple trips because everything didn't fit in the first load. They easily could have packed less in the first truck in order to charge more for the second truck, but they didn't. They were actually constrained by weight, not capacity. After removing all of the junk, they swept the garage. I don't think it has been that clean since it was built! Scheduling the pick up was also quick and easy. When I first called, Ed answered the phone immediately. I suggested that I should buy the full truck discount on angie's list and he offered to price the load based on size in case I didn't need a full truck. Ed was prompt to return my second call and quickly scheduled a pick up for the next day. Ryan called when he was on his way and arrived on time. The entire experience was great! I would give Junk King of Pittsburgh an A+ for value, quality, punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism!

Two guys came arriving a few minutes early. They were competent and efficient. Removing the big freezer through tight twists and turns of basement even went better than I had hoped for. I wasn't even sure it could ever be done! They were also friendly and courteous. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone meeting help.

They were quick and complete, took all stuff out and away, swept out room.

Fantastic. Junk King was easy to work with to schedule an appointment, punctual, courteous, clean, and efficient. They came in, took out some old furniture to be donated/recycled, and were gone in a flash. They were careful not to damage any of the narrow doorways, and just overall very professional. I would definitely buy from them again. Very Highly Recommended!

It was a very nice deal and they did a nice job. They hauled away construction lumber and other miscellaneous items. They came out within three days of purchasing the Big Deal.

Showed up on schedule for both the estimate and job. Worked continuosly until job was done. Did not encounter any problems at any time. Very professional. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

They were here and gone very quickly. The whole experience worked out well. I called them a couple of days before my pickup was scheduled to let them know I wasn't available; they emailed me about setting up another date at my convenience. They were very flexible in their scheduling. I had less junk than I thought. I liked that they came and took it all. I also wish I would have known that they don't take items like paint cans and so forth.

I was extremely satisfied with his excellent customer service. We plan to bring him back for other areas of the house soon!

The men were very professional, and removed some furniture that I had on my porch.

They tirelessly hauled off all kinds of materials and I was more than satisfied. What impressed me most is that they recycle everything they can (which keeps you from having to use multiple companies or places). They were very pleasant while they did the work, too. It’s those types of values that will keep me coming back to them in the future.

We needed miscellaneous items picked up from 2 locations. They were very courteous and professional. No issues whatsoever. In fact they went out of their way to help with an unexpected issue. Would recommend them and will use them again if we ever need similar services.

These folks were everything you would want a provider to be. Respectful, SO helpful, professional, timely and affordable. They used our coupon from Angie's List without a problem. They also took extra things we found as they found room in the truck which looked completely full to us. These guys were GREAT!!! We wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

The guys came out once to provide an estimate, then came out again to perform the work. They were prompt, polite, fast, clean, they called ahead, and they did exactly what they said they would. I would not hesitate to use them again.
