ESP Painting did an excellent job meeting its commitments - scheduling, quality, timely performance. The employees were true professionals - easy to work with, answered questions promptly, ensured the project was well done, etc.

I had a great experience with ESP Painting. Eric was very professional and offered a very fair price. Everyone on the team was very respectful of my home and made sure there was minimal disruption. I would definitely recommend.

ESP is among the best contractors I've ever had in 20 years of owning my home. They are not the low-cost guys, and in fact were the highest bid we got. But the quality of the work made it absolutely worth it. They were timely, clean, easy to have around, and helped us figure out some home issues that were technically outside of the scope of their work. They have checked back to make sure we were satisfied, and were happy and quick to address some minor issues. A top-notch business, happy to recommend. We will be hiring them for other work.

This is an addendum to the review entered on 10/15/2018. The roof leak was not repaired until 12/03/2018; the roofer advised to wait until March/April 2019 before attempting to patch and paint the damaged area. ESP painting was contacted in March 2019; Mike came out and prepared the area by scraping, patching and sanding the damaged area, and then adding both the primer and top coats to complete the job. He was very careful to cover all furniture and carpeting in the area, and cleaned up after each day's work. The finished area matches the surrounding ceiling and walls perfectly. ESP level of professionalism is unmatched; we will continue to utilize their services for all of our future projects.

They started on the agreed upon day and finished when they said they would. They are punctual and once they start the job they stay until it is completed. They are probably slightly more expensive than some companies, but they are worth the price. This is the fourth time they have worked for us.

Eric and his crew did a fabulous job. They not only did everything contracted for but also did a lot of extras that really made the job great! These people do what they say they are going to do, they do it well, and I would hire or recommend them for any painting job.

The best company I've worked with. Promptly answered my call on a Monday and the work was completed the following weekend. It was a small job (Front door and sidelight) but Eric (the owner) assured me it would get done before the weather got bad. Two (2) day job and both days Mark (painter) was here on time. Beautiful work and left my home spotless. I am so pleased and will recommend to all my friends.

Eric, Mike and the entire crew did a thorough, careful job at a reasonable cost. Living in a house that is being painted from top to bottom is not the most pleasant experience, but the ESP crew was considerate and nice people to have around.

We were very pleased with the result. The crew made sure to cause as little disturbance as possible. They were always on time. They were attentive to detail, carefully sanding and caulking beforehand where needed. They were efficient without being hasty. They carefully cleaned up after the job. Excellent craftsmanship and professionalism/ Highly recommended.

Eric came out to give an estimate and I was so impressed with his ideas and knowledge of our 120 year old house that even though he was on the higher side of other estimates, I decided to use his company. His company exceeded my expectations even though as with an old house, problems are to be expected. His crew headed by Mike with Beverly, Frank, Kodiak, and Mark showed up each day at 9am and cleaned up and left by 5pm, 5 days a week for the duration of the project which took a bit over 4 weeks. There was never an argument or bad words among the workers. They were pleasant and willing to please the customer .(The key was to make them lunch occasionally). I would definitely hire them again.

Since we have utilized services provided by ESP Painting in the past, we knew the work would be performed in a professional manner. Eric and his crew arrived at the stated time and completed the job within the stated time frame. His crew answered all of our questions and patiently addressed all concerns. We have received compliments regarding not only the appearance of our house but also on the work ethic exhibited by ESP Painting. We will continue to call them for our future painting projects.

Great. We are really happy with the result. The wood cabinets were stained prior to painting and showing their age. The touched up areas that needed attention prior to painting -- some loose moulding, a few deep scratches in the wood -- and it all looks great. They painted the walls, trim, ceiling and cabinets. They came by with a sample cabinet ahead of time to make sure I was ok with what the finish would look like since I was having them paint stained cabinets. The crew was always very professional and worked 9-5 every day until the work was complete.

Mike and his crew of 4 painters did an absolutely outstanding job. We were very impressed with their diligent work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, neatness, and overall expertise. The crew arrived promptly every morning, took a brief lunch break, and worked each day until 5:00. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. All work was performed neatly and as stipulated in our contract. They cleaned up the area each day before leaving. The crew seems to get along so well and they worked together so well! They are willing to come back if any re-touch is needed- which has not been the case. After the job was completed we did a 'walk around' with Mike to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction, including checking that all windows and doors opened easily after being painted. I must add that the ESP contract was one of the most detailed and comprehensive that we have ever been presented. It certainly avoids any problems for either side in business transactions. This is a company that I would hire again to do any painting job. If I could have given them more than an 'A' I would have. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Exceptional work! ESP took the time to cover every detail. Customer satisfaction was of highest priority to them. They were always timely, responsive and thorough. Not only did our home get painted, but they also took the time to properly prep surfaces so that our concrete home will be sealed and protected for years to come. We had 9 different contractors come out to give us an estimate and none came close to the level of professionalism that ESP offered. ESP made this expensive and stressful project go so smoothly, we know we got our money worth and the house is now in great shape for years to come!

It was a big job and was finished sooner than the expected. They worked with us on color choices and resolving minor fixes/changes that needed to be done at the end. The overall quality of the work was excellent and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I purchased a coupon for ESP Painting to provide 2 painters (16 hours total) for $560. I was thrilled with the price and with all the great reviews ESP received. After purchasing the coupon and providing my availability, I waited to be contacted. A week and a half later I reached out to ESP, when Eric called me back a day later I explained that I purchased a coupon on Angie's List and I would like to schedule the service. He started with "Well, that deal isn't even supposed to be on Angie's List anymore so..." After the initial discomfort of feeling like I was inconveniencing him and hesitating on when he would be able to fit me in, he asked me to email him my contact information and he would let me know the next date available to come look at the area that needs painted and the date in which the work could be performed. After 6 days of no response to my email I followed up once again and asked Eric to let me know if he was planning on making my project less of a priority because he wasn't aware/unhappy that the deal I purchased was still available to potential customers. He responded that I should probably request a refund from Angie's List. It was an uncomfortable and upsetting experience from the start with ESP - I would never recommend them.

ESP did an excellent job, all painted surfaces look great, they cleaned up very well, and everyone I dealt with was professional and punctual. They focused on my job and showed up everyday from 9am-5pm until the job was complete. Pricing was similar to other estimates I received. I hope to hire again in the future.

The foreman is Michael S. and there aren't enough good things that I can say about them. Every single day they cleaned up. They are so professional and so courteous. They are so fantastic that it would be impossible to have anyone on this planet do a better job. After interviewing six painters I chose to proceed with ESP Painting and I'm so glad that I did. Everyone that was on the job site was very professional, very neat, very courteous, and very pleasant. They treated myself and my wife with total respect. The owner refused to take any money down before the job was complete. He is so confident in their work and their quality that he backs their work by not accepting payment until it's completed. The owner really cares and he gives you thoughts and suggestions and really creates a dialogue for improvements. He picked up flaws in my house that I never noticed in 30 years. I have three neighbors who I will be sending his way. This guy is absolutely amazing. A day didn't go by everyday that he walked us through the work that was done every day and they were always checking that the work was done exactly how we expected it. These people are to be applauded. The owner Eric, the foreman Mike, and the entire staff were amazing. I'm excited by having these people do work for me and am happy to have made friends with them now. My house is absolutely gorgeous after this job was completed. This was an absolute top notch painting job and really completes the house. Nobody would accept the check until the 17th check where Eric went through and made sure everything was perfect.

We found ESP Painting through Angie's List. After meeting with Eric, and obtaining two other bids from other companies, we chose ESP. They had a number of other jobs to complete before they could start, but we were not in a rush. Eric promised he would let us know two weeks before they were ready to start on our house, and he followed through just as promised. We were completely happy with how the work went. His crew was professional and friendly, and there were enough of them that they were able to complete the work faster than I expected. We will absolutely use Eric and ESP for our future painting needs.

We had urged them to give us the earliest possible date. Then they called one Monday morning at 7:30AM with news of a cancellation for that day. We said yes and a crew of five were there at 9. Their prep work was outstanding. They scraped and power washed old paint off, patched where needed, etc. We had had the house painted before but the prep was never as comprehensive and thoro as this. Actual painting was the same. Crew were not obtrusive, not noisy, and generally fine to have around. I think they were here a total of 8 days, which could have gotten "old" but did not. House has never looked so well. They made some suggestions for changes in what was painted as trim or not, which was excellent. Cleanup, which can be an issue, was very well done. I don't remember a single issue with them, which says something about their professionalism. Most jobs that big have some issues, but not this one.
