Description of Work: In self contracting the building of my house I have dealt with many different contractors across various trades and I would rate ESP as the most professional experience from start to finish. Eric is organized, detailed and accurate from how he quotes a job, to when his crew will start, to how long it will take. He is on site daily to provide guidance to his crew and feedback to the owner. I wish more contractors ran their business this way.

Description of Work: I received a quote. ESP Painting for painting services. I was going to have my house painted and I had made an appointment and he come out and done an appraisal and I got an extremely competitive quote and I did a lot of research on him and had discovered that he's probably one of the best painters around. But I'm going to have some work done on the house, got a big back hoe coming and I didn't want to get the house painted and if I was going to have a big cloud of dust for a month while the back hoe's were working you know it would stick to the paint before it dried so I had to postpone him. But I would recommend him, just the experience that I had with him so far would be A.

Description of Work: The service provider disappointed me on a few levels. He would not come out to do n estimate at any other time than mid day. So this meant I had to not only take time off work for the work itself but also the estimate. He would not budge on this. 12-2 was my only option. The estimate was immediately ups old to 2 painters for 2 days to paint a foyer. Walls and ceiling only. He sent me a contract to sign with the wrong AL deal in it and no prices for additional time. He made the requested changes to the contract and I signed and returned it. Within that email I stated that I felt 32 man hours to paint walls and ceilings on a 15 year old home was excessive but I would do it on faith. He ignored the email until I was past the AL refund date by 2 days and responded by saying he could not do the work. I feel he likes to pick and choose who he works for based off profit. BEWARE. Even if he doesn't do this he is very expensive.

Description of Work: painted 3 rooms and hallway/stairway no trim eric had good communication with us and his team was very friendly and professional I would highly recommend them to anyone

Description of Work: I hired Eric to do interior painting at my home. They painted a huge living room, a hall and a bedroom and a dining room.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work Mr.Eric Piacenti and the ESP crew did on our house. I would highly recommend the work that was done by ESP. They scraped and painted around window sills. They also scraped and painted the basement. When they were done I was surprised what a beautiful job it turned out to be. If you chose ESP you will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: Painting offices

Description of Work: Removed wallcovering from walls,scrubbed all the glue from the walls, repaired inperfections,then they applied coat of primer and two finish coats of paint. ESP painting company did an exquisite job. The employees were very careful and prompt.

Description of Work: I hired Eric to paint all of the window trim, soffit, fascia and shutters on my two story brick colonial. Also involved was aluminum siding on the second story in the back, and on one gable end. On the first day, two painters scrubbed every surface that was to be painted with a bleach and water solution. That removed any and all mildew and chalking. Second day, the same two began scraping, caulking and painting. Third day, FIVE painters arrived and made some incredible progress. Four came on the fourth day, and finished a beautiful job. Every surface got two coats of paint, some got three. Looks great.
