Description of Work: I used Dust Chasers for about 5 years. At first Juniette was the one doing the cleaning and did a great job. Over the years she started hiring more employees, and except for her cousin, she seemed to have different people in my house on a bi-weekly basis. They all seemed to be nice, but did not do the job that I had become used to. For the last 2 years they showed up when they wanted with no notice as to why the day was changed. She didn't show up for about 6 weeks then I got a call - after calling several times- from a relative with some lame excuse. In December they just stopped coming, no call, no text, nothing. For me reliability is number one and for the lack of that and the round robin of employees in my house I would not recommend them

+ -1 moreWe have been using Juniette and her crew for about a year now on a biweekly basis. Juniette does a wonderful job. She and her crew are nothing but friendly and accommodating when we dont make it out of the house for their cleaning. My only complaint is that she cancels and reschedules our regular day sometimes. Its not a huge deal because she always ends up coming within a few days, it can just be a hassle with kids in the house and planning to have them out. Her price is very reasonable. Our home is about 2500 square feet and it usually takes them about 2.5 hours to clean. I will continue to use Dust Chasers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: regular biweekly cleaning of our 2500 square foot house.

+ -1 moreI have all nice things to say about them. I think that they are responsible and really conscious of their cleaning. I think that they're reliable and I think they care about the job that they are doing. Their price seems to be average. I think they're reasonable in terms of price. I will continue to use their services again in the future.
