The salesman had little knowledge of the iron filter he was selling and gave us erroneous information on the warrantee for that system. I suspected he was guessing and confirmed the correct warrantee on the internet myself. Giving him credit he wrote us a note apologizing for his lack of knowledge and explained that he primarily sold water softeners.

The sales person was very informative but not pushy. He was pleasant and knew what he doing. They did what they promised. Their installation was excellent.

We have had a good experience. They are starting to deliver and we have been usually taking the bottles there to be filled.

Everyone at the company was exceptional. The person who did the initial service call, and then later did the installation was prompt, courteous, and very open in explaining the issues and how to proceed. Our sales person was very thorough, and followed up quickly to email and phone call requests for more information. While she did a great job explaining the virtues of the higher price,full featured system, when she realized I was most focused on the low end model spent a great deal of time talking about the tradeoffs and helped to come up with the right solution for our needs and really listened to our concerns. No question was too ridiculous, or too offensive as I really struggled to understand the cost benefits. While the price was a bit higher than other solutions, the comments I read online about the quality of Culligan systems and the competancy of the installation staff and the support of the sales person made me glad I chose them.

They are excellent the way they conduct business. They are not pushy. Cost includes changing all four filters. I have never had a problem with them. I have had the system since 1993.

A good experience overall. A little slow with response to the initial call, it took about a week to get a call back. The salesman was prompt for his appointment with us and polite. We had moved into this home recently and had a Culligan softener in our previous home. It was very low maintenance and we prefer the softened water. The salesman showed up as scheduled, was low pressure in his sales technique and was knowledgeable about his product. The installation happened on time and went well. They left the area clean. One of the plastic pipes did develop a small leak about 3 months after the installation. We called and someone came to replace the pipe, but it took about a week to have them come.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. DID NOT RUSHED. STAYED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
