They don't soak the carpets, they clean it without getting it soaked, and they make a real effort to get the stains out. Their prices are reasonable as well.

I have been in my home for 20 years, and they did the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. The technician was very nice. I had some spots on an off white couch and I asked him to look at it for me and give an estimate. He told I could just get a stiff brush to remove the stains. I really appreciated his honesty.

From start to finish, this company was terrific. Everything was explained in detail by Melissa on my inquiry phone call. The cost (which was estimated by phone) was almost to the penny after completion. I had the names of the gentlemen who were coming to the house; they were on time; they were professional and courteous. The job they did was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. For our purposes, the Chem Dry cleaning was just what we wanted. They arrived around 3 p.m.; finished by 4:30, and the carpets were dry by 7 that evening. Just great, Airport Chem Dry!

It was ok. He was late. I was told he was going to be here at 11:00, and he didn't show up until 2:00. I called several times to find out when he was going to show up. The job was fine. He was very efficient and polite. I had him clean some upholstery on chairs in the kitchen. That didn't go well, but it wasn't his fault. They were very badly soiled, and I even tried to go over them after he did. They still wouldn't clean up. I don't think the chem-dry is as good as shampooing, but I like that it isn't wet for hours afterwards. The carpets weren't heavily soiled because there are only two adults in the household. They may not be as clean as they should be, but I can't hold the company responsible for that. It is a big house. The price is close to what people would have to pay. It is a big house, and he cleaned 4 rooms downstairs, a long hallway upstairs, an area rug, and two sets of stairs. It was easy to get ahold of them, but I had to call several times to see when he was going to show up.

I have really happy with them. They were particular and followed up and made sure you were happy. Everything the said, they followed through, which is unheard of. They were on time and even called me during the job to get approval for urine areas and if it was okay to treat them. They were they same for my own home as well as my rental property. They did give you a discount when they did more work for you, which was good. They did not leave the carpet soaking wet, which I always have problems with, with carpet cleaners. I could not say enough good about them.
