.I started the phone calls in May, and finally got work done early fall. Tim Kessler had to revise the landscaping plan because he did not listed to my requests, even then came up with a less then average solution.

Tim was responsive to our request. Was the best bid and did the work on the schedule he had promised. The work was done professionally and met our expectations.

The first phone call was July 2, 2013, and the responsiveness was poor, with completion of the work on Sept 13, 2013. Tim Kessler was contact person. After the phone call, it took 2 weeks for a return call, property scanned for work needed, took 2 weeks for estimate to arrive in mail. One entire category my septic tank had not been included, so call made back to Tim Kessler. Mr. Kessler was then on vacation, and landscaping needs had changed dur to vole damage, resulting in deletion on one small category. I was finally able to sign the contract, provide the needed 1/3 deposit, and work begun. One of the 2 men, Chris was fabulous, and with an excellent work ethic, the other man did a lot of standing around. Two pieces of gas powered equipment repeatedly was difficult to start, and workers frustration Chris handled professionally. I have used this company in the past, and they did excellent work, however I had a different contact person.

They were the first to respond to the bid. Began on time and worked until the project was done, weather permitting. I just contacted them to do another project.
