Our basement windows were the original from 1950 when the home was built and we were in dire need of replacements. The replacement process was fully explained and when the weather would permit, we got beautiful new windows and screens. Very professional and personable. Neighbors had trouble with one of their windows, stopped by during our install to see if they could get some help and at the end of the day, since time could allow, M&S had 2 very happy customers! M&S was willing to take on my small project at a reasonable price when all others would not even consider it. Others either proposed outlandish prices, tried to up sell their offering, and one big box company came out, promised a follow up quote, and never was heard from again...After searching for three years, M&S came through.

Sent 2 gentlemen out to replace our three doors. They did a fantastic job. Very polite and hardworking. Always checked with us to make sure we were pleased with what was done. I have an older home so they ran into some problems but took them in stride and we now have 3 excellent looking doors with all the finishes. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Great crew to work with, very accommodating and very nice. They replaced 50 year old metal windows with new double hung vinyl windows and not only are they energy efficient, they are beautiful. I highly recommend them to others.
