Description of Work: Worst service ever!!! Took two push and two tractor mowers before the spring rush. Was told that there was only one or two mowers before mine for service and repairs. After two months of calling once a week without getting a call back I was told the four mowers were ready for pick-up. On the first use of the one lawn tractor it did not work and cut a huge grove in the yard. Returned it to the place the same day. After three more weeks of calling once a week I was finally called back and told the tractor was ready for pick-up, once again upon use the same day the tractor did not work. Cut another huge grove in the yard. Took back again to the place and called once a week until mid-October where I was finally able to speak to someone about the tractor and upon speaking with the person I was told the deck had micro-cracks and it was unable to be fixed. I was told that I could sell the tractor without deck for about $100.00 but they would have to call me back with an official offer from once of the business owners. Called once a week until mid-December until I was finally told "Oh the person that we had went another way, so we can offer you 35.00 for the tractor." Of the four units taken for repair, only one of them is still working after just one season. I have heard others say that the true small engine repair guy had quit the year before and no one gets any good service from this place anymore. The guy that was there before opened a shop somewhere on horsecreek road somewhere. I have heard good things about their lawn and garden care services and good things about their retaining walls etc. But customer service and equipment repairs is not recommended at all.
