Zarza's workmen were very careful to clean up completely upon completion of their work, satisfying my very particular spouse. The work performed has stood up perfectly for years. Excellent job.

He has no supervisors on the job at all that who knew what they are doing. I had to take out the proposals to show the mason that another wall needed to be added. The crew had no idea what they were doing. They were not supervised at all. It was very disappointing. We hired him to do the work because he said he could do something he cannot. We have to hire another pro to fix and complete the work. This experience was a nightmare.

Working with Bill and his crew was so easy. We had multiple projects that included carpentry, painting, electrical work and masonry. They came in, fixed everything and even found a couple of other jobs. All the work and materials were high quality and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Contacted Bill at Zarza on Wednesday afternoon. They were there on Thursday and quickly completed two small roofing jobs I needed done. Super nice; super responsive and great value. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The project was refinishing the porch, including power washing, sanding and staining the epay floor, rail tops and uprights.

They did a major remodeling job in the house for us. Encountered some structural issues, but they spent a lot of time to adapt to the problem to get the project completed.

He's done variety of tasks for us, and we don't' use anyone else. Not only does he do the work, he makes great suggestions. I value his advise, he is an honest man and I can trust him.

William and his crew does a great custom work. Always finished the project on time, they've done multiple different projects for us.
