+ 0 moreHe built a railing off our patio to our back yard. It?s 4 steps down, and code now requires us to have a railing, the one he built for us is fabulous. The estimate he gave was wonderful. One of our basement windows was rotted out; he repaired it and painted it. He also repaired and painted a rotted out spot under a gutter. We had a large tree in our front yard that fell over, and because of the sun hitting our front door after that happened, our door cracked. He is repairing our door in stages, it will look great. I?m really pleased with him. He?s a meticulous worker. He and his helper are both very nice.
Description of Work: He’s here now and is doing a bunch of little things.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure having her in the house; I’ve never had anybody work so neatly. She painted our wainscoting and walls. In the master bath she painted a large vanity set. She painted the window ledges, etc. as well. She did a really nice, beautiful job.
Description of Work: She painted two bathrooms for me.

+ -1 moreWe couldn't be happier. Bill is a great guy to work with and has a work ethic that you don't often see. He takes great pride in his work and did a stellar job.
Description of Work: Bill repaired the gazebo and the rail that was damaged in the hurricane. He removed the damaged shakes on the roof, and replaced then with new cedar shakes. He replaced all of the broken wood supports and removed and replaced the damaged screens.
